Customer Prevention Department
The return policy is still rooted in the 1990s. One would expect that they would learn from Amazon. The new cameras I purchased this month were so poorly constructed that the battery trays were jammed. To return them, you must speak to a person, have them attempt to negotiate, insist on a return, then package it, create your own lable, address it yourself and pay (in my case $22) to ship it back and then wait for them to "approve" the return. Never again will I buy from Browning thanks to their very effective "Customer Prevention Department"
