Very disappointing experience. I ordered my item 13 days ago and still haven’t received it. Despite multiple calls from the courier, no delivery was completed — the delivery company they use is extremely unprofessional. I also contacted customer service, but they didn’t resolve the issue and simply asked me to wait. On top of that, I was asked to pay additional charges (around $14) upon delivery, which were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase and I have paid an amount for the shipping at the checkout . Overall, a very frustrating and poorly handled experience.”

I felt a strong need to write this review as I need to warn consumers about brunae tanning balm!
Firstly my daughter and her friend got organised to use this product on the weekend. First off applied moisturiser, using brunae maximum moisturiser and then bruenae spf 50 + protective body lotion. Then applied the tanning balm.
They were exposed to the sun for 1 hour max!
Results were as follows....my daughter patches of sunburn all over her body. Her friend severe sunburn on the back of her neck and stomach. So severe it is blistered!
Following these results I would not recommend this product so BEWARE!

I applied the tanning oil during a weekend trip to Bali and the result was unreal. The color appeared fast, with zero redness or irritation. I also love how it doesn’t stain clothes. It’s now my go-to product whenever I travel or even just relax by the pool.

I placed an order for the bundle with the oil and balm. Right after I placed it, an add popped up that I can get 2 and the third one for free. I right away emailed them and also messaged them on instagram. At this point of time my original order got shipped out and i NEVER received a reply. FINALLY after a day and a half i received a reply saying show us proof of the ad, like they don’t know what their advertising. I asked them to send me the third bottle separately and i’ll pay for the remaining few dollars. Absolutely ridiculous, i have not gotten a reply and it’s been a week. They said “we will get back to you”. I doubt they ever will. Not sure what’s so hard about their team being on this. Super disappointed. I am basically being f’ed off by their team and they have no true care. All their “tanning results” on their page is all promoted by paid creators. Not even sure if the results could be real as everyone is being paid to say it’s good.

They were so kind and helpful when the wrong address was accidentally placed through. The got back to me within a few hours and helped me right away. I was so impressed and grateful for there help. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company!

Products absolutely do not work on fair skinned girls as advertised and claimed on their social media!

Biggest con I’ve ever purchased. Do not buy and do not fall for their marketing.
Also no negative comments on their social media, and very little comments at all. Think that alone says everything about this deceiving company.

The worse purchase I have ever done ….. useless product. I couldn’t tan at all using this product, it seems like it stoped my skin from tanning . That has never happened to me before, I tan in two days usually , but using their tanning products for a week in Fiji , no tan , I was all day in the sun , it helped me from not burning crazy ,BUT NO TAN …. Will never ever purchase from them again .

I purchased the Accelerating Tanning Bundle, which includes tanning oil and moisturizer, and I was really disappointed. Despite following all the instructions carefully, I spent a week in the sun and ended up with no tan at all. I saw zero results, and it felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone looking for effective tanning solutions.Also their website doesn’t have option to share my feedback.A big scam

Amazing! It really does give you a beautiful tan!

Ordered over £100 worth of products and when they arrived 3 weeks later! One had opened and leaked out loosing 1/4 of the spray. The product labels were coming off onto your hands while trying to use the product. I sent an email and got no response or acknowledgment. Used the products I had and honestly didn’t notice much difference I mean it was ok but for the price and what you see online as reviews you’d expect way better! Either way you will never get your money back as they guarantee it’s a scam… just honestly buy an oil from a shop will do the same thing…

IT DID NOT LIVE UP TO THE HYPE

Bought the accelerating tanning oil for a 2 week holiday in Greece. Smells nice, I’ll give them that.

Firstly, packing is somewhat cheap. Poorly printed text, looks almost like it came from a factory in China, highly likely given the close proximity to Australia.

The bottle itself is also poorly constructed. Expect it to leak constantly once opened. We ended up putting it, ironically in a shein bag filled with tissues to stop it leaking on other products in our beach bag.

The oil is easy to apply and as printed on the product, contains no spf so apply thin sunscreen over it as directed for UVA/B protection.

Results? 9 days in UV9 to 11, 30-38C degree heat; no real results worth writing home about. It’s almost like the product blocks the sun from reaching your skin.

I didn’t tan any faster or deeper than I usually do and after 9 days, stopped using it. We reverted to our tanning balm from a different company and went back to our sea salt spray and within the day, had noticeably deeper tan/tan lines.

Brazilians have been known to mix olive oil with their sunscreen but this WILL reduce the effects of your chosen SPF so do that with caution.

We also do not recommend sea water spray (just collected sea water in a spray bottle to mist yourself for the ‘salt/sunlight refraction combo’ (google it)) but it’s something that worked better for us than what this product was advertised.

Most of the models are Aussie girls with either already established tans from something else or fake/multiple reviews.

Go on their website, there is NO WHERE to leave a review and if you’re from UK, click their “guarantee” link near the bottom, they claim they’ll give you your money back if you don’t see results but the guarantee link doesn’t work and gives a 404 error.

STAY AWAY FROM BRUNAE AND USE SOMETHING ELSE!!

I burned horribly and was only in the sun for 20 minutes. I applied sunscreen after thinking I was safe but the damage was done. Also will never use again bc it smells like baby powder. Disgusting.

I love this cream. I will definitely will buy more.
