Purchased a product that was advertised on TikTok but never received it. Repeated interaction with "customer service" did not result in getting said product. Seeing other reviews, I believe this company is fraudulent and should be shut down.

Would not trust this site. One word FRAUD!! I ordered something last October still have not received it or given a refund. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is a scam company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Agree with the previous reviews. Ordered some shelves in November 2025. They never came. I contacted through the customer services (eagleember.top). 2 further 'attempts' to redeliver and fake tracking and different excuses each time. Never arrived. Offered compensation and a refund. Now not answering my emails. I was too late to get a refund from PayPal. Be aware that you need to report to PayPal within 180 days of the transaction. They also trade through LIANLIAN TRADING CO. , LIMITED. Am now reporting it to the National Cyber Security Centre and reportfraud.police.uk

I had ordered a purse last fall. I have never received it. I had lots of conversations with Vivian with lots of reassurances of it would be sent. It was not ever sent, no tracking, and no communication from her since early May!!!

I ordered a golf bag in sept 25 i have been told it has been delivered it clearly wasn't , they then admitted it hadn't .They have been sending another one since last year and now there not even replying , not sure where to go next .

Here again with this 'shower', STILL NOTHING, reached the end of my tether with the excuses for non delivery, paid through PAYPAL and have had the money refunded this week ------ take note ---- PAYPAL !

Having read all the reviews I agree with all the issues reported in the bad reviews. Stolen my money with no order delivered. No response to emails after the initial standard fob off replies.

Betrug. Immer wieder vertröstet worden das die Bestellung an falscher Adresse zugestellt wurde. Als ich mit Polizei gedroht habe kam kein Kontakt mehr. Zum Glück über Paypal das Geld zurück bekommen.

I agree with all the scam reviews. Promised delivery including a fake shipping trail. All b.s. Will never buy from them again. I hope everyone sees this along with all the other reviews. They even used Walmart as their supplier. I hope they get caught doing this type of business.

I saw a product on Facebook and ordered it. It didn’t say it would take a month to receive it or it was from China. Meanwhile, we moved to another close by city. The package information tracking said it was delivered to the old address. But no one there received it or saw it at the old location. They were watching for it.
Cole, in a email, said they would send another to replace the order to the new address. It was another month wait. I watched the tracking, as I had not receive notification as to when it would be delivered. Finally on December 16 I saw on tracking site, it had been delivered on December 15. I have a porch camera and I was home all day. Nothing shows that it was delivered. I have contacted Cole, but have heard nothing.
Next step is to contact PayPal!

Scam! Payment for the item made, received nothing. Over 4 months and 12 emails later, constantly being misled by the company. Fortunately, payment was made through PayPal and the full amount was refunded.
Company also known by the following name: LIANLIAN TRADING CO., LIMITED.

I don’t even want to give this set of thieves 1 star but I have to !!…..if it is too good to be true then it usually is !!….excuse after excuse of why my package wasn’t delivered and offered nothing but apologies…they even had the audacity to say my parcel had arrived 2 hours before it supposedly did as I checked my order at 14.10pm and it said it was delivered at 16.40pm !!….AVOID at all costs…they never had the item in the first place and had no intention of ever sending it….luckily I had my suspicions and paid via PayPal and got all my money back

ZERO STARS !!!!!! Ordered items, nothing but 'excuses' from the email replies received, no actual references to the correct details of the tracking of the items, seems to be a 'made up list' of details.

Keine Lieferung bzw falsche Angaben

Ordered screens for laptop, no sign of them 10 days later contacted them via email on the 29.10.2025, told delivery takes 35 days, checked tracking a few days later to see apparently goods delivered on 29.10.2025, emailed again asked about the tracking, told goods delivers but they arent able to provide evidence of delivery, who signed for it or even the name of the courier that would have delivered to my address. Total scam do not use
