After paying 40 pounds for a return to China, I have been waiting for a refund for more than 2 months. They have stopped responding to my emails, complete scam!

Scam! Do not buy from these scammers! They just go rogue when you ask something after purchase. Anyway lost €100

This company is a scam.

Absolutely terrible and sly practice.

I had to return some items as they didn't fit and the quality is terrible, the return address on the package is the UK... what they don't tell you anywhere on the website is that you need to return back to China. I have now had to sent back a very heavy package to China which has now cost me over £65, which is disgusting.

Avoid this company, they are very sly with how they do things.

Do not buy from Bruno Savelli.

They send you the wrong sizes and refuses to refund your money.

Kicking myself! Very poor quality, no label inside..so no statement of materials used (should be wool, definitely isnt!) or washing instructions… Feels like if my aunty was a bit better at making clothes she could put these together perhaps. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Haven’t sent it back yet..not feeling optimistic about it either.

This is a total scam. Ordered 3 items for £170. Only 2 items arrived. Very poor quality - like really bad, nothing as they show on the website. After contacting them everyday several times, they shared their address for return - which is in China. I spent another £30 on return to try and see if I can get the money back. Since I have sent a royal mail tracker number to them, there has been no reply and I have been ghosted. So please avoid these guys - big big SCAMMERS!

Low Quality items. One was damaged. No way, these are italian quality products. Answer on my return request was, they are contacting their supplier….Just give me a return label! Of course there is no adress for return available!

Edit: Return on own expenses directly to China!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. It has been nearly 30 days since I placed my order, and my package has still not been delivered. This is more than three times the estimated delivery time stated on the website, which is unacceptable.

In your previous communications, they have failed to provide any additional details about the delay, leaving me uncertain if my package will ever arrive. Simply stating that it is delayed without offering any further context is not helpful.I would expect a more detailed update on the status of my package and a clear explanation for the delay.

I received different products, cheap and bad quality!

When searching Google Lens, the exact same shoes are found on Amazon for $37. Be careful of Instagram scams which identify themselves as luxurious Italian brands when their product is actually made and ships from China or a completely different manufacturer at a quarter of the price.

Scam scam avoid.. paid £271 for 4 items but no delivery or contact

Delivered to wrong address in a different and refused to help when contacted. Always responding with generic semi automated responses.

Pay attention! The exact same clothes are also on AliExpress (max. half the price), Davinci Wear, Porto richezze etc.

I made screenshots and loaded them up to google lens. What I found were exactly the same products und photoshots on other websites. A polo I was interested in, costs EUR 67 on Bruno savelli and (for sale) EUR 11 on Ali express. Also found the trousers on other websites for varying prices.

Seems like a scam with really cheap products. Really disappointed, cause I thought it was a less expensive alternative to pini Parma… unfortunately it’s not.
