Alastair was great kept us in the loop the whole time, and got back to us extremely quickly! He did a great job would 100% recommend!

Alistair took time to explain my survey options when I asked for a quote - his advice helped me make the right decision.
He provided me with a detailed survey report which highlighted things for me to consider, including photographs of his findings.
The report was delivered within agreed timescales.
Overall I found Alistair to be approachable, experienced and professional.

Professional, yet approachable service , survey to high standard , detailed , layout and terminology used help us to understand the process needed going forward . This is the second time we have used the service and if needed would definitely use again.

Alistair Brusby did a visual inspection of my detached house due to my concerns about internal cracking. He was thorough and detailed in his observations and very good at answering questions and concerns. His written report was clear, detailed and very helpful.

Alisdair was informative about the process and flexible in arranging a date for the survey. I received a call to discuss the main findings on the day of the survey and the full report received within the time agree.
As well as the efficient and informative survey i found Alisdair personable and would recommend in future

I was very pleased with the level 2 home buyers report provided by Alistair. The detail was far and above what i expected it to be for the level of survey I chose which showed things to look out for in the future for potential issues. I was also able to call Alistair the day after inspection had taken place for a brief verbal summary prior to receiving the written report. Definitely a five star service and will not hesitate to recommend Alistair in the future, thank you

Alistair was very thorough when inspecting the buildings. He was very willing to explain the issues & remedy's to eliminate water ingress.
The report he produced was very clear and a fair assessment of state of the buildings. I would have not problem in recommending Brusby Surveyors.

Alistair managed to fit our survey in at short notice. The provided report was delivered within the agreed timescale and was easy to read and understand. It helped remind us of things we still needed to ask and was of sufficient detail. The cost of the survey was a little higher than I had expected to pay but getting a good survey was the important factor and I went with the reviews.
Would have given 5 stars but cost was a little high.
