Sam and his team have been amazing for our business over the past few months. We initially approached Sam through a referral as our e-commerce business needed visitors. Sam took our brief seriously and immediately gave us confidence in what he could do for us. As always, the proof is in the pudding and pretty much immediately we started to see high action driven to our account followed by a large boost in sales. We sell high ticket items circa £1k so we didn’t expect such quick results. However, with a clear supporting activity tracker we can monitor what is happening live or in the past. This really enables us to work with our social media and internal teams to define the route of our business with so many useful analytics. Although we scheduled regular calls with Sam they’re barely needed as we’re all remotely synced so that we can just check in without having to discuss too much the direction of travel.
