Im genuinely disappointed with my recent bubble tea experience from bubble citea glasgow fort.The tea itself tasted as though it had been sitting out for hours, it was very stale the service was also horrific, the staff that i was served by seemed uninterested and didn't offer any recommendations or even smile / come across friendly towards me or my partner,the van itself was messy their was spillages on the counter and at the collection table point their was spillages not cleaned sitting there, one of the staff members were on their phone on a call for the duration of my experience. The place was unsanitary, it was one of my worst experiences with bubble tea but the buchanan store in glasgow city centre is very clean compared to this. The man on the phone didn't seem to be doing anything whatsoever just standing on his mobile device playing music loudly which is quite disturbing WON'T BE BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

Not the best but not the worst.
Found the matcha was awfully powdery and wasn't properly dissolved. I never knew this bubble tea shop charge 50p NOT TO HAVE ICE. Never come such a charge in all my life time of ordering bubble teas from other places. I didn't realise that you had to ask for the free tapioca, nor was I asked if I wanted them. Found my drink was super sweet, I could only drink half . Shame there isn't any other places in Livingston for bubble tea 😞

Waited for 15 mins in a massive queue, get to the front when I’m told, ‘sorry we’re closed and not serving any more. It was exactly 1700. What difference would it have been making one more over priced drink??

The staff from Glasgow Buchanan Galleries clearly doesn’t know how to prepare or store tapioca properly. The manager is rude and no hygiene. They served my drink with lumpy, poorly cooked tapioca, absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even risk drinking it. Please train your staff better! They don’t even seem to know what bubble tea actually is. Don’t trust the good reviews here, they forced me to leave positive reviews instead of focusing on making quality drinks. This horrible drink was not worth £6. Hands down the worst bubble tea place in town. Avoid at all costs!

But I love bubble ci tea sooo Much more than any other boba places I’ve been today ( 3rd jan 2025) the lady taking my order kept getting it wrong but they switched and the other lady was just as amazing! Any way the drinks were amazing as always if you like a bit more sugar in ur drink I’ll recommend the Taro Fresh milk tea or any milk teas! But if ur looking for healthy drinks + fruity drinks get the more fruity ones like ( passion fruit, strawberry and blueberry!)🫐 🍓🥭

Bubble ci tea is great because not only do they have great Boba, but the employees are so nice because when we ordered two bobas we asked for a small but got a large and they didn’t charge us for it. I would love to go there again!!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Bubble Tea in Silverburn. Jenn, the staff member who served us, displayed an absolutely appalling attitude toward customers. We ordered five drinks, but she kept rushing the kids to order quickly, even though there was no one else in the queue. It was clear she lacked basic manners and customer service skills—it honestly felt like she was fed up with her job.

When we requested drinks with little ice, she kept interrupting with "ice or no ice" instead of listening to our preferences. Her rude behavior has completely put us off. It’s your loss because the kids have now decided to stop having bubble tea altogether. Instead, we’ll be enjoying fresh smoothies. We usually get 5–6 drinks every week when we visit Silverburn Glasgow, but not anymore.

Disgraceful service—this needs to be addressed.

Absolutely appalling customer service and the manager was extremely rude. I visited the Leeds branch today (white rose shopping centre). They had promoted buy 1 get 1 free with a valid student card on their official website. The manager (a young lady who obviously had no clue about it) looked at me as if I had asked the wrong question and was very rude with her response - even though I was prepared and DID pay in full for the drinks but one is entitled to ask about the offer that’s being promoted. Not sure if she had had a bad day but it was almost as if I should not have asked. Long story short the gentleman at the till was very nice and apologised to me on her behalf. I definitely won’t be going back.

My son loves bubble citea. We have to visit everytime we come to Meadowhall :)

Employees were welcoming and helpful I brought the mango and strawberry bubbles which was sweet and great in flavour overall great experience would definitely recommend

Staff didn’t call name for order and were very rude drink did not taste good cream tasted expired

Very nice staff and delivery drivers such good tea to treat myself with defo ordering again

I visited the Bromley branch and the staff were very helpful in helping me choose the right ratio for sweetness and flavour for my matcha. I highly recommend because getting great service is rare these days! I will be visiting again

This place is delicious!!! I highly recommend coming here, there’s so many new flavours to try, especially when it comes to seasons!!!

The boba was too sweet it was Disgusting it made me sick and Premium took me 10 minutes for the boba to arrive i want my money back i need to sue

Tea was alright, very nice.
Customer service was not the best, it is what it is.
Aftermath was assss, I was sitting on the toilet for a while, felt sick on the bus ride home.

I personally think that the customer service here is excellent. I absolutely love the bubble tea from here and highly recommend it. I love how much variety there is and plenty of different, delicious options for everyone to enjoy!
