I bought a ring and it came with a crack which is very obvious to the public and it's sharp which is pinching my skin. I contacted the customer service via email and whatsapp but no reply. When you are making your order they are very quick to process your orders but since their product has an issue- no one is replying. The bracelet I got from them got broken after few weeks- made from cheap material. The jade I got from them looks so fake. And yet everything is very expensive. I Bought so many items from them almost $600 total but until now I don't get anyone to respond to my issue. This company is a scam!

I phoned this company Buddha Power before purchasing 4 items to ensure they were in fact pure copper for my arthritis - by the way, they are “advertised” as the Minimalist “COPPER” RING” & “COPPER BRACELET”.
Once I was assured by someone named Cha, that they were in fact, pure copper as the ad stated, I went ahead and I ordered 2 of each. When they arrived, I only had to open the box and see that. they were not copper at all. They are not copper as described on the website and they are not copper as was assured to me by a human on a phone call. When I emailed them to let them know that they were not copper as I was promised, they would be, they emailed me saying that they knew that these items were not pure copper but made of different metals!
After much back-and-forth to no avail, I reached out to Paypal, hoping that Paypal would be able to help me and they said they could not!
Paypal too, now has changed, and they no longer support the purchasers!!!
I spoke to someone, probably in the Philippines, and all he could do is simply repeat his same sentence over and over and over again, (about seven times) which was- “ I am sorry I cannot help you with your issue. You have to return the item if you want a refund.”
And that was supposed to be a Supervisor!!!!
So sad that paypal is not the service it used to be anymore.

So although this store I purchased these items from ships items from the US, they force you to return items to China
To return four items that weigh 4 ounces to China, cost $233.94!
And Paypal is not there for purchasers anymore it looks like Paypal is a broken system as well.
Such a shame because I’ve really appreciated Paypal all these years I’ve used their services.
That’s about 20 years now.
They’ve always been there for the buyer that has been scammed, but not any longer it seems.
We truly are living in a broken world.
Purchasing anything online in most cases is likely to be a scam unfortunately nowadays

I would rate a zero if I could. Total scam. Advertised a “Natural” Citrine crystal. What I received was a painted Iridescent crystal. It even had grid marks on it when it was spayed while laying on a wire grid. I sent them pics and was told that was simply the lighting and it was normal! Bullshit! Worthless, scammers. DO NOT buy from this company

If I could give less than a one star review, I would. My order has been sitting at a partner location in Illinois since 12/30. It has not moved in the past 3 days. It actually got there since the 28th. I told myself, ok, let's wait til Monday since the 28th was a Friday and they wouldn't post it til Monday, the 30th. Because it has not budged, I wrote them to refund my money. In return, they respond that the items are en route to me and I could track it with the number and link on their email. They didn't see that it's been in their partner location since the 30th and upon checking again today, I told them to refund my money and they deal with my order since it's still in their partner location. My order was made almost a month ago. It shipped out on the 11th from place of origin and got to Woodbridge, Illinois on the 28th at a few minutes after 7 am. I call BS on this company. I've ordered from them before, so I'm upset at how they are now. I'll never order from them and I no longer trust on how genuine their products are. Don't order from companies that use bots to respond to complaints.

I bought a bracelet and ring was told lifetime replacement. Now that it broke, they don't want to replace it. Run from these people folks run. They are a big exam.

I bought 4 items from this store . I Changed my mind . I have to pay 40.00 to return the items to china. Don’t buy anything from them it’s a scam. The items are not as decribed . Don’t waste your money shopping with them

I placed an order for some bracelets on April 11, 2024. It is now May 7, 2024 and I still haven't received them. I paid $22 for express shipping and my order was supposedly delivered by FedEx on April 15, 2024. The package was nowhere to be found in the mail room of my building when I went to collect it...I didn't even receive any confirmation that the package was even delivered until I checked my tracking information. I opened a case against Buddha Power through Paypal as I have been given the runaround by Buddha Power. After almost two weeks of this back and forth with them (they claim FedEx is still investigating what happened to the package) I escalated my case to a claim. It is unacceptable that Buddha Power is dragging their feet with my situation. Either send me a replacement for the bracelets I ordered or give me a refund. I would avoid doing business with this company because they're acting like I'm lying about not receiving my order. If I had received the items I ordered I would not have to file a PayPal claim. This company has been holding my money for almost a month now with no resolve. Absolutely despicable company!

Budda Power Store ---Charo is the crooked scum who screwed me and administer supports it It's a very dishonest company - they are crooks - they will hit your card up for much more than the agreement. I did not agree with extra charges nor was it disclosed- run far away, crooks

I've waited for my tracking number by email for over a week now. I've messaged them a few days ago and they just said here is the number which could be made up by themselves. I've messaged them again asking where is my email I'm suppose to get a proper email nothing so I'm waiting now to see if they respond. If I don't hear anything then I will demand my money back. Please be care of these sites.

I brought items back in May and was sent faulty items
I contacted customer service they gave me an address overseas to China to return the items which I sent in June
Mind you the items where originally sent from the UK not overseas
Today 30th October I recieved the items back that where faulty
I have sent them an email giving 2 choice refund me my money for the faulty items or I will start contacting trading standards and start a law suite and get every customer involved that had issues.

They have a choice. waiting for a reply buy I will not recommend a cheating lying company that just wants money and does not promote good customer service by being loyal or honest and especially with faulty items

All I want and wanted is my damn refund for their rubbish products because its not even real silver when some say its silver when you recieve test it and you will see it not gold or silver

I been order bracelet dated august 08, 2023 untill now it's not been deliver.
The canada post tracking update that my order has been deliver August 22,2023 in my mail box. I check my mailbox but there's no parcel has been deliver.I contacted canada post email them to inform. no response. l contacted the Buddha store told them that my order has not been deliver. but the canada post tracking status the parcel has been deliver in my mailbox which is nothing Been deliver.
I contacted Buddha store again and told me that they can re ship my order but asking me to pay $9.99 USD for shipping fee. I'm not agree.
This store looks like a scam, same pattern with the focal lense online scam.

Be extremely careful Buddha Power Store is a scam a friend of mine ordered three items there since 2021 and did not got delivered until now he asked for refund they refused. Be careful on where you buy online. Until things got fixed they remain scamers be careful guys.

I ordered 2 feng shui rings that came with a free Pixiu Copper Lucky Keychain. I ordered these on Black Friday and saved 35%. They arrived by USPS today and they are perfect! One set I am planning to give to a friend for Christmas and the other set is for me! I read some of the negative reviews by other people AFTER I had placed my order and I got worried, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fast I received my merchandise. I am very happy with the service I received from this company.

I placed an order in November 12, 2022. Mind you my order has not been shipped. I do not have a tracking number to my order yet but have an order number. I emailed this company several times and have not received a response back.

Broken watch strap after 24 hours and gaslighting customer service

So I reached out to them with a photo asking if there was a way to fix it and basically started email tag back and forth asking for more information and where to send a replacement. The last email from them says they’ll reach out to me in 24-48 hours with a tracking number and that was more than three weeks ago. I’ve sent repeated emails asking for a follow up which have been ignored. Very unhappy as we live in Canada and this was a birthday present that was quite expensive especially considering the exchange rate.

First time ordering from them, was a bit reluctant based on the reviews here, but the item is here with me, shipped fast too, so will order again.

First of all I ordered on June 10th paid for shipping and all then today it was supposed to be here I never got my order which was 3 bracelets I tried calling them then called usps and they said it it looks very suspicious to them they are currently investigating why my order wasn't delivered I won't be ordering nothing else from this store bad buissness.
