Best underwear I’ve ever owned—hands down!
​I’ve tried just about every major brand out there over the years—Step One, Sloggi, and Oddballs, to name a few—and Budgy Smuggler briefs are on a completely different level.
​My biggest issue in the past with cheaper options off Amazon was terrible side coverage—constantly feeling cut too high or leaving things exposed. These briefs hit the sweet spot: genuine full coverage, proper side support, and zero slipping or riding up.
​On top of an outstanding product, their UK customer service is incredible. When I had a quick question regarding sizing on a recent order, Rob sorted it out instantly with absolute understanding and zero hassle.
​If you're on the fence, just buy them. You won't go back to any other brand!

Product is good quality, but customer service was woeful. Placed an order, got an email 3 days later telling me it was out of stock. Ordered an alternative within a few hours, but took 3 emails and another 5 days to dispatch.

Absolutely love the brand have over 25 pairs of smugglers, the polar fleece, hat and boxers. Recently bought the vintage tracksuit and was shocked to see it produced in a factory in Pakistan (stickers from original factory left on)

Usually this would not bother me but part of the reason I like budgy is the origin, the story and the fact that they still produce a lot of products in Australia, which I feel justified the high price point.

After some looking on the web it appears only the budgy swim shorts are made there the rest of the products seem to be factory made in Pakistan etc

Je suis vraiment déçu étant un bon client , j’ai eu un problème sur la personnalisation de mon slip de bain.
Là où la taille ne correspond pas (même si je sais que c’était bien indiqué qu’il n’y aurait pas d’échange, j’ai juste demandé un geste commercial et on répondu avec gros NON , vraiment décevant .

Loyal customer have been buying their brand for a while now, both swimwear and underwear, this time I opted to a mystery box, understanding that it would be a random pair of their products. What showed up was a pair of trunks it the Lidl logo accross them, I contacted customer service and explained that I understood these are a mystery item
But I’ve ever seen them on their website nor are they Budgy smuggler, but Lidl branded - I was basically told tough you got a sample deal with it you got it a half price - issue is I didn’t he their product I got a sample for another company - very disappointed in their handling.

Great product, both in looks and swimwear. Buying was straight forward and sizing guide was spot on. Had the impact I was looking for!

Just got my 3rd pair of Budgy Smugglers and they are consistently as good as the first at ensuring a ‘Budgy snuggly smuggling all day comfort’ feeling on the beach or at the pool. The perfect number of Budgy Smugglers to own is calculated by the formula “N+1” (N equals the number of Budgy Smugglers you currently own 😉). The hardest part is deciding on which pair becomes number 4 in the collection!!

Love Budgy Smugglers! Always great quality swimwear and fun prints…& now they’ve branched out into pjs. The pyjamas were just the comfy side of being generously sized without being too big (so choose your regular size) and the fabric is silky and luxe. As ever, fast delivery and I always love the personal touch of their hand-written note. Also, very simple returns process if that’s needed. Thank you so much, guys. You’re awesome!

Just received my second sports bra and short set,the zesty lemon design.. once again it fits so well and very comfy even during the hard training that I do. Thank you for making ordering them a pleasant experience

Great designs and comfortable costumes. Speedy delivery with a quirky note. Substantial material with lots of stretch and good coverage on top with wide strap. Thin strap lighter material and less support. Shorts are comfortable and eye catching!! Good side pocket in long version.

Super fast delivery yet again - amazing service as always and great products...so far this year I have bought 3 pairs of smugglers and the micro fibre towel and all have been great quality and put a smile on my face with the designs I chose. Fun swimwear from a great company...Too Easy !!

Great product. Really comfortable.

I love my Cornish flag skinny strap cossie however I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the fabric for the price of the garment. If this had of been a cheapie from China then fair dos but this was fairly expensive and not even lined. I sea swim every day and this costume is not going to withstand a Cornish summer let alone a stormy Cornish winter!! I will have to relegate it to St Piran's Day and special days, defo not an everyday cossie!!Come on budgiesmugglers, great designs but poor quality fabric 😪

The swimsuits are great, they fit really well and look brilliant. Really fun designs available. They last well too; I've had my first one for 3 years and it still looks good as new even after plenty of pool and sea swims. The downside of this is that it makes it harder to justify to the other half why I need more 😂 Delivery is quick too
