Good luck trying to cancel your subscription. I tired EVERY email on their site and the phone line was endless hold. Finally had to do a chargeback to get it to stop.

I joined the buyers club for a year i bought knives then all of the sudden stopped receiving catalogs after I received the 1 catalog

Budk is absolute trash! Purchased a Damascus blade off knife and it literally stopped working after less than 2 weeks. Only tried it a few times and boom piece of crap stopped working. $80 for literal trash.

This was our first, and very likely last ever purchase from BUDK. We ordered extra weapons for a defensive tactics training class that never arrived. Their customer service responses are very slow, and they continually come up with reasons to put off dealing with the issue. Two weeks later, we're having dispute the charge with the credit card company. Advice: First, buy elsewhere. Second, if you do by from BUDK, use a good credit card like AMEX that will have your back and protect you.

I purchased the stag horn from bud k, expecting a quality very beautiful addition to my growing collection. What I received was a thick, heavy and absolutely worthless piece of steel! It's not even flat. Not polished, no edge, nothing as described in their catalog! I wouldn't have paid $20 for this $140 knife if I would have actually seen one before hand and not just their posted picture.
Do not waste your $$!!

I ordered a package on the 31st of October. Today is the 13th of November & I still haven’t received my order. Customer service keeps giving me the run around and trying to delay my refund for the order. I don’t see how companies don’t get shut down for such actions?

I guess my latest shopping experience I believe was my tactical survival knives I ordered different types for different situations most can be used for any situation though I'm very comfortable with what I've received keep up the great work

I would rate them lower if possible. Customer service and ordering is some of the very worst from any company I have dealt with!!!!! They don’t care about the customer in any way. Steer clear and find the item you want from a company that produces good quality and takes care of its customers!

Bud K I shop with many times. If there is a problem they correct it. Shopping all over the internet it becomes apparent. They are good

I have shopped with the company for years but never had a subscription until now. It was an early birthday present from my wife and I love it.

I have been purchasing from Bud K for over 20 years now. In my 20's I was really into knife and sword collecting. I purchased over 100 different items from Bud K. Back then it was over the phone and mail-in catalogue orders. Now, with online ordering and a very user friendly purchasing system, I can continue my Bud K collection with ease. Fast shipping too!

I had a terrible experience with BUDK that ensures I'll never shop with them again. I ordered a sword cane, but it arrived with a broken head. I contacted customer service, who promised a replacement—yet it never arrived. Frustrated, I disputed the charge with my credit card, as any consumer would.
Fast forward to now, I tried ordering a bo staff. After receiving an order confirmation, I waited nearly a month with no updates. When I reached out, they informed me they wouldn’t fulfill my order unless I reversed the previous dispute. I told them I’d gladly reverse it once they resolved the original issue with the sword cane, but they refused to address it. Their customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and holds your money hostage. I’m taking my business elsewhere—avoid BUDK at all costs!

The order team is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Product quality is great and always as described. Prices are very reasonable. I always look forward to ordering from BUDK and am a long time customer.

Budk carries top notch home and hiking in the back country security products that make me feel safer. I like the fact that you order specialty items that cannot be shipped to other states. I love my stun guns switch blades and many other items that are now illegal in the U.K. The coyotes in the woods in back of my house seem not to like the fully automatic BB rifle

Received knife with screw missing from handle very disappointing.

Not real happy that they couldn't just send me a replacement sheath on my knife order instead they want me to send the who thing back first.

Have been a customer for years, the value and quality of their selection has always amazed me.
