Bug Away Pest Control Reviews

Arrived exactly when he promised and provided an excellent service to rid us of a wasp nest.Friendly and helpful providing info and advice if we have any further issues.Value for money and would definitely recommend!

The epitome of good workmanship, competency and customer rapport. Phoned Craig for a woodworm problem in the loft. He quickly identified the issue and was very knowledgeable on the topic. For being a tight and humid loft space I was surprised at how thorough Craig was in spraying every nook and crany on a warm summers night. We were very happy with his work and the quote given was very reasonable for the difficult task at hand. Don't bother with any other pest controller. Just phone Craig. Thanks again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could rate Craig higher than 5 stars l certainly would. He got rid of my wasps nest, he drove an hour and a half to get to me. Then when I paid him, he messaged me to tell me that I had overpaid him, and he was coming back to give me my money. He is really friendly, but his honesty is above and beyond. I called him and he was out in the evening. That's what I call excellent service.

Craig responded to my advert very quickly, came out the next day, he’s a very friendly guy, explained what he was going to do, then advised me what I needed to do to get rid of the remains of the nest as it was to big to be removed the same day, I would have no hesitation in using Craig again, excellent service . Thanks Craig.

Contacted late in the evening regarding a wasp nest. Craig was at the property and had the nest gone before 5pm the following day. No mess and no sign of any wasps. Brilliant service all in. Thank you.

Excellent response time and job completed to satisfaction. Reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend..

Craig visited promptly and assessed the situation thoroughly giving me peace of mind. He was professional and made a difficult situation easy for me. Highly recommend using Craig.

Great service and value for money from Craig. Came out the next day, (on a Saturday) gave us a plan and the traps to deal with field mouse problem - thanks

Discovered two wasp nests in my attic and wanted rid of them before they woke up. They were in an area that has no flooring so I was a bit uneasy about someone coming through my ceiling. I got a reasonable quote from these guys. Lovely guy (Craig) arrived, I got a quick appointment and he arrived when he said and took them away. No hassle just quick efficient service.

Through Bark, Bug Away Pest Control contacted me. The gentleman, to whom I spoke, Craig, arranged to visit the following day. He called ahead to say he was on his way, and arrived on time. He looked in the loft, came and explained what he’d seen, and we agreed he would deal with the wasps’ nests there and then.
He was polite, made sure I understood the process, and dealt with the job. He removed the debris.
I am happy to recommend Bug Away Pest Control, and Craig in particular.

Craig arrived on time as arranged and reassured me he would deal with the issue and with his knowledge and experience explained in detail, and as Craig stated done exactly that. Very professional and I would certainly recommend

Craig was the consummate professional. He was very particular in explaining everything he was doing and why, provided a high level of support and took every challenge in his stride by adapting and finding solutions. 100% recommend his services.

Really helpful, Craig was prepared to go the extra mile and ensure that we regained control over an awkward presence that might have become a real problem

Craig was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. He diagnosed the suspected infestation using photos and sent me information about it and was very clear with the treatment he proposed. He was then super helpful in arranging to treat the property with my tenant within a couple of days of me contacting him. He followed up after to ensure everything had gone to plan (which it had) and we are now carpet beetle free! Thank you so much for a stress free service!

Quick to respond. Great job done next day by Craig. Very pleased. Wasps gone.

5 star service!
Would highly recommend Craig’s to anyone, very satisfied with the quick response. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again if needed
