Excellent service! My car seat arrived on the day promised, and I was really impressed with the quick processing and delivery. It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.

We had a Bugaboo Fox bought new when first Grandchild was born , so we decided to ask Buggy pitstop to clean and repair , ready for the arrival of Grandchild no 2 , All I can say is it was a great experience from the first contact to receiving it back all cleaned and repaired

Overwhelmingly disappointing and frustrating. We booked our service, and the initial communication was poor (didn't reply to emails or phone calls initially, and took a long time to collect the buggy for its repair), but the eventual service was appalling - the wheels were full of hair and dirt, and the bearings they said did not need replacing clearly did. We had to go to a separate buggy service company (who was AMAZING!) and they picked up on several other issues that Buggy Pitstop had missed, one critical issue meaning the frame needed to be completely replaced. Buggy Pitstop were initially helpful after I complained, and helped us source this replacement and offered a full refund for the service, however they have only refunded us less than half of our repair, have not completed the replacement, and have now stopped replying to our emails, despite chasing for several weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to fix their mistakes, but this service is now just unacceptable. I will not be back, and would not recommend.

Buggy Pitstop did a brilliant job with a buggy that had seen better days. It's come back immaculate, with tyres fully repaired and it really is almost as it was new. I dealt with Katie who was really responsive and went above and beyond to come and collect the buggy from my home after dpd let me down with collection, as I had a very small window of when I needed the buggy returned by. The price is reasonable and the service is top-notch and the buggy looks great. Highly recommend!

I bought a refurbished yoyo3 seat fabric and it arrived stained and dirty. It was not cheap, and I would assume a refurbished product would have been cleaned before sending. I contacted them straight away and sent pictures and never heard back.

Once I've found this service and made an order to repair a pushchair all steps till getting the pushchair back were really quick and smooth - also Buggy Pitstop were very flexible with their options - managed to agree on express repair and self-pickup. Also repaired pushchair became so much easier to use!
