Everything was perfect with this holiday. The chalet and hottub was amazing, the hosts were attentive and fun, the food and wine was great and the organisation was made easy. My group had the best time and would 100% want to book with this company again

Incredible from start to finish. Helped with planning, booking was easy to manage online. Maintained communication throughout our stay and amazing chalet hosts. The chalet was immaculate, and the food was incredible.

The whole process was so easy to book and we've booked for two years in a row. The chalet hosts and chefs are amazing and would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Stayed in Chalet Sylvan in Le Fornet in Feb 2025, An amazing time, the chalet staff of Ian, Georgia & Annabelle couldn’t have done enough for us, our group of 12 were of different ages but they took the time to interact with us all.
We would defiantly stay here again & we’ll look to book with Buildmyskitrip.com again next year

Great experience with this Company from the start and quoting different chalets to chose from through to transporting our luggage in resort to the new Val D'Isere bus stop from the chalet.

Their attention to detail is just brilliant - great team with the booking process and just as great in resort.

A special shout out to their chef Nathan in Chalet Bivouac who is soooo talented (and a pretty cool guy!).

We went for our daughter's 21st birthday and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed at Chalet Bivouac in Val D'Isere which is charming and rustic and great fun with a hot tub and sauna and just by the slopes!

All-Round Fantastic Experience. We stayed in the lovely Petit Sabot chalet right on the slopes and centre of Val Thorens. Perfect is probably an understatement for its location for skiing and the resort. The hosts went above and beyond and are brilliant. Breakfast, Cakes and Dinners were cheffed/baked to a very high level with a great selection of wines.
Overall, fantastic time with zero worries apart from making the final ski lift!

From the initial contact with Maddy and the checking out of the chalet everything ran seamlessly. The communication was clear and concise from the booking all the way through to organizing the transport and dietary requirements.

The Sylvian Chalet was superb and the hospitality extended to us by Georgia, Ian and Annabelle was exceptional to the extent we wanted to take them home. What a great asset they are to the company. Our party were thrilled with everything (apart from the chalet stairs !!! :-) , the location, the rooms, the food ( outstanding) , the wine (plentiful and varied) , the hot tub, the sauna….we could not have wanted anything more other than another week.

Really communicative backend staff and who were really flexible with our needs and provided us with lots of options and recommendations during the booking journey. After booking, the web portal BMST provides made managing the payments for accom/skis/pass/transfer etc for large group of 10 very easy.

When we were out there, our hosts Amber, Amber, Cerys and Issy were very helpful with answering any and all questions we had. They made every effort to make returning to the chalet after a long day on the slopes a great experience, with an afternoon snack/drinks and hotub & sauna ready for us. Our chef Nathan made incredible dishes for us all each night, and was kind enough cook to our tastes and cater to different dietary requests.

All the little things add up, and they made sure that all of them were covered. From coming with us to the ski rental shop to carry our shoes back to the chalet so we could get out and go skiing straight away, to going above and beyond by surprising me on for my 30th birthday with cake, decorations and bubbly too.

Ben was proactive at responding and providing the best quotes I could find. Accommodating such as large group has turned out to be so stress free and the group are extremely excited to be staying with this team!

From start to finish my experience with Buildmyskitrip was superb, this is the second year I have used the company to take a group away of 14 plus and they have not disappointed, the communication is enough without being to invasive the food, chalet staff and UK based staff have been excellent.

We have just returned from a wonderful family skiing holiday in Val D’Isere. We stayed in Chalet Madeleine.
I can honesty say this was a superb holiday in so many levels. My first point of vintage was Ben Tait, who made every effort to communicate and inform as well as answering my mountain of questions up until we went on our trip. Then Ruby was our resort coordinator who again ensured everything went smoothly for us whisky staying in the resort as well as liaising with the bus transfer company. The chalet manager, Jouni and our chat staff, Becky, Pippa & Amber were incredible. They made us so welcome in the chalet and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was truly delicious and they made sure we had everything we needed in the chalet. We absolutely loved everything. The chalet is in a great position just a couple of minutes from the bus stop.
The chalet was fabulous!! We found it very comfortable for 10 of us and a toddler.
Thank you to you all for your part in helping to make our stay so enjoyable, special and memorable.

Amazing staff amazing accommodation.

This was my first time booking with BMST. They were just absolutely incredible, from start to finish it was by far and away the easiest trip booking I've ever made. The portal is fantastic for groups, and Maddy was incredibly helpful. The team in resort were outstanding, the chalet was incredibly beautiful, perfectly located and so clean. The food however, was the absolute star of the show. We had several dietary requirements to be catered for and we were blown away. For the first time our dairy-free friend could eat almost everything we were eating and didn't feel left out. Our vegetarians had the most incredible looking (and tasting) food and all around we agreed as a group that we've never had so much fruit and veg not only available in the chalet, but incorporated in the menu. This made such a huge difference to us all. As a former chef and knowing what catering in the Alps can be like, I was deeply impressed. We will certainly be booking with BMST again and recommending it to everyone we know!

Brilliant experience start to finish. Everyone was really helpful and informative at the time of booking and the chalet exceeded expectations when we arrived. It was clean, the food and service during our stay was amazing. Couldn’t fault anything really!

The whole trip was brilliant from start to finish! The reps who helped with the booking and organisation were extremely attentive and helpful. The chalet was perfect for our group, great location, comfortable and spacious. The real highlight were the chalet hosts and the food! Olly and Meg did such a great job of looking after us. The food was fantastic, every meal delicious and plentiful portions! The wine selection was great and there was tons of it! Would really recommend catered chalet option with BMST as the value for money was amazing!

This was my second visit in as many years to Chalet Cabri with Buildmyskitrip.
If you’re looking for the best location in Val, this is it! 5 seconds to Ski School, 1 minute to the lifts and 3 minutes to the town. It’s simply perfect.

From the back office team, website dashboard to manage your trip and of course the resort staff and chalet team you will feel so well looked after.

The Chalet is awesome, sitting in the hot tub watching everyone trudge back to their chalets is fantastic and the food is out of this world.

Build My Ski Trip were fantastic from start to finish. Really helpful throughout the planning phase, and the chalet accommodation and food were truly excellent as well. I would not hesitate to recommend BMST to others.

We have been home from our magical trip to Val Thorens for just over a week and are in complete withdrawal; so much so that we are scheming how to make this a bi-annual tradition. From planning to execution every element of this trip was flawless. The staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating- is there anything better than coming home from a perfect day on the slopes and finding a fresh baked treat? Fran and Meg took care of every question, request, and need with grace and expertise. We would give this trip and experience 50 stars if Build My Skitrip would let us. Thank you for making this dream we didn’t know existed come true!
