We just spent an incredible week in the chalet Chardonnet in Tignes with a big group. BuildMySkiTrip organised everything, Laurence is very responsive and correct. When there was an issue before our stay that was not the fault of the company, Laurence took care of it immediatly and it was solved to our satisfaction. Staff in the chalet, especially Riz and Jessie, was great : friendly, flexible and food was very nice. Thank you for the efforts!

Just returned from an amazing holiday with Build my ski trip. We enjoyed every minute of it! The food was fantastic. The chalet hosts were incredibly flexible and accommodating - they went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy, including the kids.
The chalet was perfect too and could not have been better located. Communication before the trip was great. We very much hope to book again in the future.

Booking was made easy with BMST, all questions were answered quickly, lift passes and ski/boot hire were also booked via them (cheaper than in resort) which made everything so simple. There was a small mix up with our lift passes but this was handled quickly and efficiently outside of UK office hours. This was our first time in a catered chalet and we were blown away by the quality of the food produced by Anna, Sam and Abi, it really was outstanding and there was no shortage of it! The team were extremely polite, friendly, helpful, discrete and accommodating of meal times/allergies etc. It was amazing coming back to the chalet with 4 tired and hungry children, knowing there was freshly made cake and then a fully home cooked meal. I’m sure we will be booking with BMST again, we’re tempted to follow Anna and Sam to their next resort next year!

BMST were fantastic from the start. Great service before the holiday with all questions answered promptly, a call from the transport organiser and the executive chef a week before the trip, just making sure everything was OK. Impressive.
The chalet was really well appointed, comfortable and in a great location. The chalet staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and super flexible, as was the resort rep - Thanks to Ollie and Team Chadonnet!
Food was great, plentiful and well cooked, and the wines the best we've ever had on any ski holiday!
The breakfasts were phenomenal - truly spectacular.
We would highly recommend these guys, and hope to arrange next year's ski trip with them

Exceptional service from the moment we landed. Wonderful company to book with. Delicious food. Accommodation was extremely clean and comfy. Stuff were very helpful with anything we needed and really fun to have around the chalet. We will definitely be returning.

The organisation prior to the trip by Ben from BMST made it so easy. He was so quick to respond to queries, changes in quotes, changes in numbers/trip members. It was all super easy and the team were so helpful and accommodating.

The trip itself was incredible, with a fantastic chalet and great hosts. The food was amazing - the best we’ve eaten. All in all, a really fun trip. Wholeheartedly recommend BMST!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this company deserves one!
We were 3 couples with 3 little boys all under 2 years old, we have all been skiing for years, but never had a catered chalet before, so we didn’t know what to expect.
The whole experience was unreal, Sarah and Becky looked after us so well from the moment we arrived, to the very last minute of the holiday, they were just incredible people to have around us & our little boys, food was delicious every single day, and the wine followed suit, we had cots waiting in all rooms, anything we needed / asked about, Ollie would go out of his way to find out and let us know asap, the apartment was spot on with the hot tub and the closest lift was about 50 meters away, the list just keeps going on about all the positives of this company, and who they employ to do it 👌
I would highly recommend anyone considering this to commit, Can’t Thankyou all enough.
You’ll be seeing us all again 👍🏽

We have been skiing for 40 years and this was by far our best chalet experience. Mainly because the hosts, Sarah & Becky were absolutely wonderful but also because the food was better than any I have had in chalet before. This, coupled with the little touches that added to the experience made it the most wonderful family holiday. The only minor issue with the chalet is that 1 bedroom has no window to the outside and gets very hot. A Dyson cool fan in there would sort the problem.

This company operated beyond my expectations. We have a beautiful catered chalet. The staff were lovely and great food.

We set out to bring two families together for a memorable ski trip. Wow they do what they say on the tin and lots, lots more. They organised everything for a very tailored chalet holiday which had great food, quality wine, in a luxury cosy chalet with fantastic staff. Perfect. We had so much fun with wonderful memories, bring on next year!

Chalet Cabri and buildmyskitrip were incredible- 10/10.
Location of the chalet could not have been better- literally right on the slopes, ski in ski out, 5 min walk to Cocos.

Our hosts AJ, Emily and Chef James were amazing- couldn't fault. Food and service were top tier.

This was our first experience of a Chalet holiday, it was amazing from first contact to getting home. The team at Build my ski trip helped us out through out the experience, by discussing all the travel options and staying in touch at all stages through the booking process, once the travel started they kept us informed so we knew where to go and what to do, even having the fire on and bubbly ready for us as we came in through the door of the chalet. Becky our chef and Sarah our host were incredible they made us feel at home from the minute we arrive talking us through everything including discussing what they could do to help our couple of fussy eaters in the group. The afternoon teas every day were one of the many highlights of the chalet experience, topped by the incredible dinners which would not be out of place in a Michelin star restaurant, thank you Becky. Sarah was on hand to help with everything we needed and was able to make some great suggestions for places to eat, visit and experience, thank you Sarah. To conclude I would definitely book with Build My Ski Trip again. Thank you Build My Ski Trip.

I have booked with BMST twice now and have had a great experience both times. Staying at Chalet Cabri in Val D'Isere, we can't fault the experience. The staff both in the UK and in resort are second to none, and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is organised to perfection. Special mention to AJ and Emily, our hosts in resort. Top class service from both girls!

Build my ski trip were excellent from start to finish with our ski holiday. Laurence was very helpful with booking / questions and the portal they have is great for everyone to logon and pay separately. The chalet was perfect and spacious for such a large group of 25 people. Dom and Donna were lovely and the holiday was fab! The afternoon cakes were fantastic! I would book with BMST again :)

Great food and wonderful service all week from our chalet hosts at Cabri - AJ, James, and Emily. We had an excellent holiday and would go there again!

Sam, Anna, Laurence and Sophie made the week so special from the moment we arrived, nothing to much trouble we stayed at the penthouse in Val Thorens, they even baked a birthday cake for my 17 year old daughter! All dietary requirements met without fuss.
Restaurant qaulity breakfasts and dinners to include full English every day, steak night cooked to your liking, seared duck breast nice and pink in the middle, lamb tagine, caremalised salmon, lemon posset, malteeser cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding to name a few which made us look forward to dinner every day.
The accomodation was 1st class (perhaps one comment is to sort out the lighting, spot lights in the lounge a bit harsh and dated) Direct access to 100s of miles of fresh snow covered ski runs made this the perfect holiday to create memories with our family, thank you to all the team at build my ski trip including a special mention to Sophie for covering days off and making the best humus I've ever tasted (sorry I kept eating your tirrels crisps a guilty pleasure so don't leave them lying around!) 😋

We had a penthouse chalet in Bal Thornes, which was spacious, well furnished and the food prepared by our chefs Laurence, Anna &Samuel was superb, dietary needs catered for with care and ease. Having a host and chef absolutely made this holiday, so much nicer than a hotel. Our hosts assisted us throughout the trip ensure the best time was had by all . Le Sabot de Venus was the chalet . Looking forward to our next trip with build my ski trip and the high standards of service given by Laurence Samuel and Anna thank you so much guys

Wonderful Chalet in Val Thorens, our hosts Anna, Sam and Laurence were fabulous. We were in the Penthouse in Val Thorens and it was beautiful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.
