If i could put zero stars I would. Do bot order from these people. They are scammers. I saw an LED radio and charging dock and ordered it for a Christmas present. It came totally different item from viseo. It was much smaller and didnt work at all. I asked to return and they asked for all kinds of pictures and videos and then said it was passed 15 days. But they would give $3 of my$40 back. They are ridiculous. Dont order from them!!

Placed an order for a microblading pencil. After 6 weeks & NO legit tracking info (didn't change til I contacted them via email, calling them out & then they sent me a screen shot of about a dozen entries - all the exact info on the same day. Fake?), I finally received a notice that my order was being delivered that day by USPS. When my dogs told me the postman was here, I walked out & found an empty mailbox. Checked with neighbors on either side, both said they hadn't gotten it. I emailed the seller/shipper just to let them know how it turned out, and it's turned into a total comedy. They told me to file a claim with the post office. But the tracking number (that buletboard gave me - copied & pasted into the complaint form) was not accepted, says it's a bad tracking number.
Don't even bother trying to work with their customer "service". Communication breakdowns/inaccurate translations, etc.
I'll spend more and buy one from somewhere closer to home. Definitely somewhere in the USA

After very long, barely updated postage, I received two over the top priced fidget dragon egg toys to have one arrive broken and the other to break why playing with it the same day.
Can not be played with as stated.
Reach out to have a disappointing email back and forth with them.to either give me another one Instead of two which will take another 2 months plus to come or $4US back which doesn't even cost what one was. Then to be told my final offer was $6US again doesn't cover the cost of one.
Films, false advertising of these toys.
Disappointing customer service. Would never recommend dealing with this company.
Horrible experience.

I’m so frustrated with this so called company. I ordered 4 of the multifunctional Bluetooth speakers in mid November. The first tracking number I was given was shipped from Italy and shows still in transit, but stuck in Portland as of 12/24. After Christmas I’ve asked for repeated updates and I was given another tracking number and a package was shipped from China on 12/30. That package is still showing in transit as of today. I’ve asked for a refund repeatedly and the only response I get is to continue to wait the package is in transit. It’s been over 6 weeks waiting!

As many other customers I would not give a star. I placed an order Dec 2, 2024. Have not received it yet. I message almost every day. My last message was to refund. They said they tried to stop the delivery but couldn’t so I am to wait until I receive it and then see if I like it. I can send it back then! I asked where the package is at and my answer for the last 7 days is “in transit”. So I wait! Be very careful of this company. If you order I wish you luck! Your going to be waiting a very long time.

If I could give bulletboard less than one star, I would. I ordered 3 pair of leggings and when I FINALLY received them 4 weeks later they looked like children’s leggings. They wanted me to take a picture and I did along with a measuring tape to show them the sizing. They answered back stating the warehouse said it was correct. They offered me $8 US because sending them back would be too expensive for me. DO NOT BUY FROM BULETBOARD!

This is a scam. Ordered quantity of 4 items on 11/27 for Christmas and received weird tracking notices overseas, customs, etc. Noticed that the address on my shipping tracker was incomplete. When I ordered, the complete address was entered. Items never came. When I contacted them they said for a fee, they could resend the items or give me a partial refund minus shipping and lost item fee. They must be crazy if they think that I would give them more money for this scam. Why would I now pay for what was advertised as free shipping. I am reporting them to the FTC and BBB. Don't order from them!

after trieding to get in touch with somebody for a week and waiting on my order for 3 weeks i still don't have my order /these people are scamming people

I wish I can put no stars! I ordered something on 11/18/24 for Christmas for my grand babies. I still have not received it. I sent them an email this morning 1/6/25 to refund me as I no longer want it. They did get back to me but with the a tracking number still saying in transit. Had I known it was coming from Austria I would’ve never ordered it. Lesson learned. I think this website is scammers. Don’t order from this website.

Today marks 43 days since I placed my order and I haven't received anything. The tracking info for the last 2 weeks simply shows "in transit". I went to PayPal and opened a case and Buletboard almost instantly contacted me with a new tracking number but no update. Guess what the first update for the new tracking number showed..."in transit". Escalated my my case and within 30 minutes PayPal declined, and closed my case stating that the tracking information showed that the package had been delivered. I looked again at the tracking info for the original tracking number and found, in the middle of all the "in transit" updates, a "delivered" update...followed by another 1/2 dozen "in transit" updates. These guys are definitely sketchy. If you decide to order, make sure you're OK with it not showing up. Consider your money a donation and forget about your order.

Over a month...still haven't received item...tracking is trash....I had belief I was ordering with a legit company...this is a scam. Pissed! I also see an ad that this is a US company...bullshit!

It took over 3 weeks to get a game delivered. Received after Christmas. I thought this was an American company and not shipping from overseas. False advertising! I also asked for a refund/cancellation and was told to wait for product.

I ordered from them on 11/19/2024. Delivery estimate was 15 days. I still have not received the product. I asked for a refund but was refused because they said the package had shipped and I would just have to wait. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Very unhappy.

How can you still be advertising on Facebook? Your product is a cheap plastic that does not look like the one advertised, and one came broken! (I got 4)There is no phone number to call and you can’t get into their page on the internet so you are screwed! So very disappointing! 🙁😡🤬

Ordered an item November 24 and have yet to receive as of December29. Have asked for refund since it appears item is not coming and definitely not here by Christmas as promised. They refuse refunding me saying they're trying to "expedite" shipping on my item. Do not order from them as it seems like a scam, or at the very least is not a reputable company if they won't refund my money at this point in time.

I ordered the Dragon Egg toys on November 21 2024 and still haven’t received them. I wrote to customer service and they sent me a tracking update that seems fake. It was stuck in Customs for awhile and in Florida since December 19. Just a bunch of nonsense. I ordered 7 that I needed for Christmas gifts and it is now the 28 and still nothing. Very disappointed in this company.

Wish I could mark NO STAR. Bought some dragon toys for a birthday, it didn’t came on time, said it was stuck in Italy, what was actually good because I wouldn’t give that as a gift anyway. What I received is not what they showed, or, advertised. I’ve tried and been trying to contact them too many times, to return it without any response from them, any response at all. Very disappointing and will definitely not be buying from them again.
