Where does one begin to explain how bad the customer service is with this company. It is almost as bad as their products. I can only imagine the majority of good reviews are paid for. I ordered an eyebrow microblade pen actually, I fell for ordering two. The colour is meant to be dark brown but is clown hair orange. I requested a refund only to go back and forth with them each time offering me $ 4 USD as compensation and I can keep the product. The last email even almost of a passive-aggressive nature explaining that I have no option as I would have to return it to China and that it would cost me a lot of money. I find this to be fraudulent so see it as my duty to spread this information every opportunity I get. As I said in the last email this will cost them more in sales than if they had refunded me.

I rated this a "1" because "0" wasn't available. On September 11, Paypal dispatched funds to this company and their sister company (two different orders--I didn't realize both operated under the same terrible umbrella. I got several weird looking tracking updates, but once the packages supposedly cleared Customs in the US, I've heard nothing.

I contacted both of them today (11/2/24). I was informed that I could, AT MY EXPENSE, reorder the items. Like I'm going to do this again.

I've read to not bother with asking Paypal or my Visa for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM BULETBOARD OR LANDSCAPTE/LANDSCAPET.

This is my second review of this company. I ordered eyebrow makeup on Sept. 13. It is now Nov. 2. Every time I inquire about my order, I am told it is still on its way to me! When I posted my last review, someone from buletboard responded saying I should write to them and they would take care of it. I wrote to them AGAIN, probably the 8th time or more, and got another response saying the product is still on its way. The so-called tracking company has no updates and buletboard does not seem willing to refund me. Do not ever order from them!

Jeans ordered did not match the size chart. I ordered Tall version and they are At least 2 inches shorter than size chart. Customer service offered me 4, then 6 then $8us refund on $40 purchase to keep the jeans. They don’t fit, I don’t want them, they refuse to accept the product does not match the description. I can post them back to China which will cost me approx $25. They refuse to provide free return. Every way I’m out of pocket.
Not worth buying from them. Will never purchase again.

EDIT: after what I thought was a sincere response, I sent over the information that was requested righ5 away and two days later, have still not received a follow up response.
I'm so sad that I didn't read up on this company before ordering. I ordered bras from them, thinking it was a killer deal. I started to panic after I placed the order because there was no information provided about approx delivery dates or shipping details. Asked for them to cancel, no luck. I did finally get a tracking number and received the product, approx three weeks later. AWFUL quality and crazy sizing! Two of the three bras look like they were tried on and returned, one had a long dark hair on it (definitely no one in my home). I sent something right away and have even gone through Paypal to request a return. Paypal refers you to the original shipper to find resolution. They respond at 4am asking questions as opposed to just sending information to return the items. I sent something again today, we'll see how long it takes to get information to ship the product back for a full refund.

Ordered 2 bras priced at 39+ w/tax. 1st they tried to overcharge me to the tune of 46+, but after a month wait time, 1 bra wasn't even cut properly to be sewn properly, making it completely defective! Their idea of a remedy, 6$ refund on a bra they charged me 16$ for( which I saw on TIKTOK for 5$)! Shipping was 6$ to get it to me, they're now claiming I would be responsible for return shipping, which will be extremely expensive according to them!
How am I responsible for return shipping when I literally contacted them right after I opened the pkg on the same day it was delivered, sent photos, and the item IS DEFECTIVE?!
REFUND POLICY IS OBVIOUSLY GARBAGE AND A LIE! WITH POST VIEWS OVER 1M ON GOOGLE,GUESS I'LL BE DROPPING THIS COMPANY ON GOOGLE WITH A BAD REVIEW, PHOTOS TO PROVE IT, AND THEIR FARCE OF A REFUND POLICY!

Deceitful company. Operates under various names. Will not get the clothing you ordered ~ don’t believe those Facebook reels!

Do not buy from this website. Purchased bras that were not true to size. False advertising. I have to pay to return to China !! Will cost $20 Aust Post postage. What a joke . Not Happy at all. Will never buy from this site again .

Won’t let you talk to anyone without a fee. They want you to pay $1 to chat with someone then it has a section that says they will charge you the $1 plus $46 a month. Not about to give them my info again! The contact they give you, doesn’t work. This company is out of the UK!

Don't use this company. Bought 2 eyebrow pencils and they are terrible. Color is bad and does not look natural when applied. They offered me $2 and then $4 to keep. Said it would cost me too much to send back. Did not know this product would be shipped from China. I will never ever order from this company unless they either refund all of my money and send me a return paid envelope or credit me the total and keep them.

I don't know what is going on here. I ordered these Automotive Oil Film Cleaning Brushes on about 14.06.2024 from USA at a cost of A$33.45 (3 for the price of 2) I kept track of the item online. The last date shown on the tracking web page was 25.09.2024 and it said "The shipment is being inspected at the customs of United States". The next day it arrived at my Postal Address FROM CHINA. On checking, I found that this exact same product could be purchased from Temu (3 for A$11.54)
I would suggest that this site is not safe or ethical, be warned

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Their eyebrow pens are awful. Light brown is orange and they won't refund my money !!! They said just give to a friend ! These people don't care, they only want your hard earned money !!! Get this, I'm still getting emails saying my parcel has arrived, they're not a respectable company to say the least !!!

Received multimeter and it was defective and I requested authorization to return. was requested to send picture and I did and was told someone will get back to me, and have had no reply despite my repeated requests.

Dispute reply that it will be made right, as per the reply, and my picture and details emailed for the fourth time, nothing has happened. Pay Pal now going to also get involved

Do not trust this site! I purchased a multimeter for $21 including tax and shipping. Hit billed for more than $25. No way to contact customer service. Reported the purchase as fraud to my cc company.

Waited whole month for 2 eyebrow pencils to arrive. Colours terrible and poor quality. Don’t apply as shown on website. Rip off with price.. cost me $33,00 Aus for 2 pencils worth $6,99 each. Don’t use this company.

Emailed a dozen times and just say be p atient. No human contack and wont tell you who shipper is. Scam

Do not buy from this company. The sales tax, which was not visible until I pushed pay, was almost 50% of the item. My item was under $14.00 and the charged almost $6.00 in sales tax. I immediately cancelled. We’ll see.

I will never buy from them again. They sent me something that doesn't compare at all to their sizing guide. They offered me $8 USD while I paid $62 USD. They want me to return but doing so would cost me even more! Company from China. I don't know why PAYPAL would deal with such a company. Never again!

I don't know who this company is. I should have known better. But I will not buy from them again. I bought the bra's and they are not true to the sizing they advertise. When I asked for information to return them they offered 4 USD as compensation and for me to keep the products. Why would I keep something that doesn't fit!! SCAM company!!!
