I am extremely disappointed by your decision to refuse my return request.
I contacted Bulk Buys by both phone and email within two days of receiving the order to advise that the plates were not suitable for our intended use. The issue was identified immediately upon opening the shipment, as the plates are much shallower than expected and are not practical for serving the quantity of food required.
Of the three cartons supplied, two remain completely unopened and untouched, and the opened carton has only been inspected. The products are therefore substantially in their original condition and could readily be resold.
I acted promptly, honestly, and in good faith throughout this process. I am not asking for anything unreasonable - I am simply requesting that Bulk Buys accept the return of goods that have effectively not been used.

Worst ever customer service and products are not good enough with what other suppliers are providing. Stay away from Bulk Buys and never ever order from them. They have substandard products and moreover their customer service is rubbish. Stay away.
