Easy to place order, order dispatched within 2 days, APC delivered today (true to name they delivered overnight) so glad this company DOES NOT use Evri!

Ordered (and was charged for) 4 packs of chewing gum and got sent 3 packs. Queried it and they claimed they had put all 4 in the box and they blame the courier, they showed me some CCTV of a guy handling a box but doesn't show actual boxing up nor the label. Currently disputing through credit card chargeback. If you order from these people, my advice is make complete sure you fully video the unboxing of any parcels from them to avoid a conflict later on.
Terrible customer service. BWS provided a photo confirming they delivered to the wrong address, then insist that they investigate a further for 6 days before considering putting it right. Its not the first time.

I ordered two different items and even though they told me I would receive the parcel by last Friday I have just received it (4 days after) However the parcel only contains 1 item and not everything I ordered! The customer service is ok, as they reply quickly to my emails, but they contacted me this morning letting me know that finally I would receive the parcel today but they did not mention that it was only half of it! No refund and not information about what happened. I will not use this company again and I will not recommend it. Hopefully they will refund the money I paid for the item I did not receive.

Sunday December 18th I ordered a bunch of liquorice. Monday December 19th I got an email saying it had been dispatched and this morning Tuesday 20th the courier delivered it to me in perfect condition. That's what I call express delivery 😆
Unfortunately this company fails to respond to feedback. Purchased 6kg of Iced Caramels. Many of the sweets which are individually wrapped have the wrappers stuck to the sweets meaning for safety’s sake the sweet has to be destroyed. These sweets have been poorly kept before sale. The company failed to even reply to email I sent them obviously dodging any responsibility
Awful! False advertising on their website. Sweets claiming to be from the USA are not. Clearly says on the box it’s made in Malaysia for EU market. Boxes all arrived damaged. Rude customer services. No apology or acknowledgement of the complaint.

Of them missing, some received open and retyped contact them hundred of times but poor customer service. Stay away from them . I will need to dispute as I'm not getting damage items collected for refund. Rubbish company Scammers
Recently ordered sweets from bulkwholesaleSweets. Extremely efficient as I got be order delivered the next day. Will definitely be ordering again soon.
Mostly ok service but from ordering the same sweets I have previously, the recipe must have changed as the flavour and texture is completely different.
No one in my household likes them so a waste of money. Fobbed off with them saying the manufacturer hasn’t changed anything....yeah right!

Box arrived with tape loose along top of the box leaving a gap in the flap, on opening one product was missing. I reported it to customer service and sent supporting photos but was fobbed off with excuses and lies. If you enjoy paying for more than you will receive by all means use them otherwise avoid like the plague.
