Fast shipping! I was worried about the child-safe lids with arthritis, but they're no trouble at all. I also appreciate the uniform bottle/lid shape, and the precise built-in dropper.

Hi Ebby, thank you for the updated feedback. We were surprised to see this, as our support team did reach out via email to allow a return on your item. Because flavor concentrates are food and beverage ingredients, health regulations prevent us from accepting returns once products leave our facility, but we specifically made an exception in your case because we value your business. We are sorry that our offer fell short of your expectations. If you would still like to proceed with that return, please reply to our email or reach out to us at support@bullcityflavors.com—our door is always open.

I am very disappointed with the RY4 I ordered. I have been vaping a long time and used many RY4’s and never had such nasty tasting vape. Total waste of money. Going to try their double RY4. We’ll see.

Hi Len, we’re sorry to hear that this specific RY4 didn’t hit the mark for you! Because all of our flavor concentrates are strictly formulated, stocked, and sold for food and beverage culinary uses, they can behave very differently when used outside of those recipe guidelines. As a long-time creator, you know firsthand that RY4 profiles vary wildly between different flavor houses depending on their culinary intent. Taste is incredibly subjective, so we completely understand the frustration when a concentrate doesn't match your palate. We hate to hear that you felt this order was a waste of money, but appreciate you taking the time to leave your honest feedback!

Good value, good service, responsive customer care
Bull City Flavors are well-priced and good quality. Their people are polite and responsive. Shipping from this company is as reliable as it is possible to be. I'm only taking a star off for occasional leaks or other small problems, but they probably deserve all the stars. I know of no better flavor retailer.

The service is great! The selection is getting pretty slim..
The service is great! Had an issue getting a shipping quote, on the opening day of the July 4th weekend, and someone was back with me within the hour! My issue was resolved!
Okay, the reason why Bull City didn't get a perfect score? It's the new website lay out and the fact so many products are not being carried anymore! Not to mention that the Bull City already had a fairly limited brand name selection/size compared to DIY Canada or Nom's...Wish that I could do more business with them because their are a lot more and better brands to be had!
