Fast shipping! I was worried about the child-safe lids with arthritis, but they're no trouble at all. I also appreciate the uniform bottle/lid shape, and the precise built-in dropper.

Top notch support
I've ordered from here for a few years. In that time i've only had one order that had any sort of issues. That one time that there was an issue. The customer support team immediately took action. Bull City has great products and even better customer support.

Hi, long time customer
Hi, I'm a long time customer and you are my go-to store first. I like the selection and the speed of delivery. I would like to see an expanded tobacco section since my recipes use standard fare flavors, especially from Flavorah. Condensed milk, which I use a lot, wasn't there at all. I'm not looking for up-to-the minute new flavors. Just the regular regulars. Thanks a lot!

Hi Bet, thank you for being a long-time customer and for making us your first choice! We truly value your feedback on our tobacco selection and Flavorah offerings. We aim to be your one-stop shop for those 'regular regulars,' and we’re sorry we missed the mark on the Condensed Milk this time. We are constantly reviewing our catalog based on customer needs, and we’ll definitely look into expanding those. We appreciate the shoutout from Inverness!

Listen, I’m not gonna go on about how their prices have gotten more expensive and I don’t like the updated website, etc. etc. things change everyone does the best they can short version is their prices and customer service are still a step ahead of the industry. If you’re looking to be treated like a true valued customer and get quality products without the worry of being financially taken advantage of this is the place to purchase vaping DIY supplies.

Hi Michelle, thank you for the kind words and for trusting Bull City Flavors with your business for all these years! We’re glad we could consistently deliver the quality and speed you deserve. See you at the next restock!
Fast shipping, slightly disappointed.
Two of the bottles i received were terrible quality. did not relfect the flavors at all. One was on of their in house flavors i had never tried so okay that's fine not all flavors are good. But I purchased a 30 ml bottle of WF Sour Belt Candy which I have had before and it was discolored and tasted awful, like rancid. Very disappointed in that one. Overall BCF ships orders out quickly and they arrive fast. I will continue to shop with them as long as this does not become common place.

Hi Sir, thank you for your honesty and for your continued support of BCF. We’re glad the shipping was fast, but we are very concerned to hear about the quality of the Sour Belt Candy. That is definitely not the standard we strive for. Please reach out to us at support@bullcityflavors.com or call us at 919-399-2996 so we can look up your batch number and make this right for you! We want to ensure your next experience is perfect!
