Bought a skin, but didn’t get it instantly - had to wait about 1 hour. I did get it eventually, but I expected it to be instant.

Bought a CS2skin and had to wait over 10 minutes. Not a huge deal, but I expected it to be faster based on reviews.

Good website but trades were slower than expected.

I bought 3 CS2 agents on 06/30. They said delivery takes up to 7 business days due to Steam terms—but it's been 7 days and still nothing. No skins, no updates, no real support.

Even if they deliver, the whole business model feels unfair. They can delay delivery, wait for item prices to drop, then buy and send them—keeping the price difference as profit. Zero transparency, zero trust.

I won’t stop until I get my money back. Scamming and exploiting customers has consequences.

Avoid Bulletskins completely.

Hello, as bulletskins asked me to write email to their support, I did everything. The casino toped up my balance, but when I tried to withdraw my funds, they asked to spin my deposit 5x times. Never saw that from another casinos and now they required my KYC and as well spin deposit 5x times. There is no sense to play there anymore, they scammed me!

I have had money taken out of my bank account twice by bulletskins without my permission, I have the evidence from my account and am currently going through the bank to find out what's happened.and hopefully get refunded my money.

I have emailed bulletskins, with evidence from my bank account and more details about what happened on my end. I have had zero response so far.

Have not recived any items from my transactions, and when I try to email them about it they do not respond regarding my request for refund.

The mobile version works surprisingly well for quick trades. Sometimes wish they had more payment options, but overall very satisfied with the service.
