Excellent service, fast shipping

I just loved it,

Professional and approachable

Placed my first order and all went well, product was delivered as promised.

I placed my order and was contacted directly by a lady who explained a problem with my order (before I was aware of the problem) sorted over the phone in 2 minutes. Deliveries received as arranged and as ordered.

Good service fast delivery good prices.

What i ordered arrived as expected.

Postage was a week late but delivered perfectly.

Transparent offer on the website. Easy to make a purchase.

I'm not happy with the service I've received from BullionByPost. I recently made 2 orders from their website. After making the first order, it turned out the item was out of stock (even though it said In Stock on the website). I then had a long wait (close to a week) before I received a different gold biscuit. I didn't mind this, but it was the lack of communication I found hard to take. No courtesy call. No emails. Nothing!

I decided to give them another chance. A month later I made another order. This time I got what I had ordered. But there a big delay. It was about 7 working days (more than a week). And once again there was no communication from the company. No apology for the delay. No courtesy calls. I'd expect more from a company selling high value products like this.

Excellent phone service. Deliveries to both of my addresses are always on time. Purchase orders are always correct.

I placed an order on the 8th.
they said that it could take up to 3 days to send my order, but so far I haven't received anything, not even an email from them with an update.
Customer service over the phone is useless, they just take your details and say that someone will contact you.
I'm in Ireland.
My last resource would be to open a payment dispute.

Finally contacted me, to state they can't help ? Upgraded slightly but can't understand how a coin dealer can't do an appraisal. ?
Contacted support, after an online search for appresials.
NO Reply...
All companies listed offering appresials including WHYTES & Oreillys auction houses fail to respond.
Hight of ignorance & very poor for the numistic society of Ireland.

Put in order on 5th October and 9 days…
Put in order on 5th October and 9 days later it is still "awaiting fulfillment ". I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but a phone message was left saying can't give refund as parcel is between Paris and UK. I live in Ireland so no idea why it would go to UK. I have asked for tracking number, no reply.

Update. Has now left Paris on 17th October with FedEx tracking.

Has arrived today 21st October, delivered by Sligo Haulage Ltd.
I got what I ordered in the end , but communication needs to be better.

Also it may have arrived a day earlier if the address on the package included the Town where I live. Thus preventing it going on an unnecessary journey to Blarney adding an extra day, the only positive is they had correct Eircode / Postcode.

Excellent product range, seamless ordering experience, and prompt delivery. I also received great support when I called to arrange the delivery to fit my schedule.

Placed order and received confirmation of payment. Days went by...a week later I still have not received the gold and silver I paid for.

I have called twice (kept on hold for 6 minutes) a day sent an email. Still have no delivery date.

Very poor customer service. Will update this review with progress in case it never arrives. I wonder if I have been scammed?

A great and trustworthy company to deal with. HUGE shout out to Naima of the customer support staff. Fantastic person to deal with, efficient, reliable and a complete pleasure to deal with. All companies could hold their head high regarding customer service if they had staff like Naima.
