I ordered from bullion last month. Somehow the parcel was lost and bullion asked 8 weeks to investigate regarding the matter. To me, its a long time to wait.

But they said, there is no other option than to wait 8 weeks.

With regret of trusting them, i gave them 1 star review, and alert people of my experience . In 48 hours, they resend another parcel ,which i recieved within 1 week

Overall experience is not fantastic,but some how average. They didnot took their client seriously nor did they care mentioning that we have to wait 8 weeks with no other option, is somehow gave a bad experience. They acted only after trustpilot reviewed published.

So option was there!

But anyhow, I got what I paid for. Hence 4 star!

I am updating my previous review. I have increased the rating from 1 to 4 stars.
3 weeks after placing the original order and following the review below, they engaged with me and decided to send a new product with a different carrier. I was still not told what happened with the original order at this stage. The second product was delivered within 3 days. The following day, the original order sent by Colisimo was delivered as well.

Lesson: do not accept to have it delivered by Colisimo….read around, there are a few customers with similar stories.

They are not what they used to be. I have been a client for almost 5 years and they always delivered a great service.

Two weeks ago i have placed an order. It still has not arrived. Their new postal service colissiomo lost it. Now i have to wait another 4 weeks for the investigation process to finish before I can find out what will happen with the payment.
