Hustle free order. All went very quick. I went for FedEx deliver. All was delivered after 48h.

Not happy with choice of delivery provider (Colissimo)
Delivered on time, but disappointed with the courier service. The parcel was just thrown at the door unattended, and the delivery person left without notifying us. Thankfully, we found the package, but it could have easily gone missing.

Delivery was delayed and no communication
Ordered from them for the first time and still waiting for my package after two weeks. I emailed them to double check the order status, no response. Gave them a phone call and was promised a callback but that didn’t happen either. Eventually I had to make another call myself only to find out the package was stuck in France with some issues and they will open an investigation which will take 4 to 6 weeks. This company is selling precious metal and getting paid large amount of money from each order yet they didn’t care if the customer receive the order or not. I understand they might not have full control of the courier they use but there was zero communication when they knew there has been a delay for this “insured delivery” and no proactive actions taken (I had to chase them down because there was no callback or response). I’m experienced when it comes to online shopping and I’ve received delay notices from retailers before when there was an issue with the shipping for an order that I paid a fraction of the money I spent on this one. So think twice and be careful when ordering with them.
