I rate this because today i ranked 1st…
I rate this because today i ranked 1st on the monthly xp leaderboard. And i was expecting the prize of 750$ but i didn’t get it because they change it . But when i ask when they said the information is distributed in discord and blog link is given in discord i have some points and raise the questions but everytime they just told me that they understand my frustration.
My question
1. They never informed out of there discord i have proof , even there customer service don’t know about they bcz when i ask them for prize he raised a ticket and keep checking for 2,3 hours.
2. In every month starting bullrush sent us mail with all upcoming updates on 7 june mail they tell us about new xp competition but didn’t tell any where that they will stop giving prize not on insta ,x and even in email.
3. They have more then 100k users but they told me information is given in discord which has only 2303 members.
Reason i wrote this whole month we keep login and earn every possible way of xp just in a sake for winning the leaderboard. When they started it they informed everywhere on insta x and mail but when stop it just putting blog links in discord.
Why they do so ?
Bcz they know if they tell everyone then there engagement of website will be decreased. They don’t have any customer service responsibilities they have there own way of working just using us to promote there funding programs.
Bullrush used to be good but now day everything is change now they become more money making mindset just like others .
As for now i asked you for screenshot for 6 june newsletter as i received the mail of 6 th june and send you the screenshot nothing is mention there .
One more thing you post so many ads and post on insta and x regarding your upcoming competition but have you ever did a single post regarding the change in prize in competition.
The answer is no .. you have so many point for denial of giving prize you expect that 100k users comes on your live channel to get the information and your live mostly happened for more then 1 hour so we wait and watch till that.. is it the real thing or just a excuse?

Thank you for your review and feedback, although there are several inaccuracies that we would like to clear up for other readers of this site.
As mentioned in your post, we run a lot of different types of competitions, with a lot of different rewards. One of those that we run is our monthly XP leaderboard competition. For the first few months of the year we tested running this competition where the Top 3 users received cash + free entry into an exclusive competition where they competed for more cash. We collected a lot of valuable feedback from our more than 100k users during those months. Many users requested that we increase the prize in the competition vs. give a cash prize to the top 3 on the leaderboard. So, at the end of May we made this update and notified users across all of our channels.
Places that we notified users:
1. A lengthy Blog post was published on our website on this topic on May 31st, 2025. Inside of that article in bold font we wrote the following:
NOTE: The Monthly XP Leaderboard no longer gives out cash prizes. Now, top users earn their spots in this exclusive competition with real, tradable rewards.
2. On June 6th we sent out our Weekly Newsletter and included this Blog article in that Newsletter.
3. We made several announcements in our Discord community about this update, as well as had several lengthy conversations with users between May 31st and June 7th.
4. Each Friday at 8:30am EST we host a live stream that is broadcasted across Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, and Twitch. There are multiple references over multiples weeks about this update. One example is on June 6th Twitter live stream it was referenced at 29 minutes into the post/stream.
These are just several examples of efforts that we maid to inform our users of this update.
With that being said, as we discussed directly with you, we value your feedback and appreciate your efforts to provide that feedback to us. We will take your feedback under advisement and ensure that we going above and beyond to announce updates on our platform moving forward.

Wow! Just had a wonderful experience with the Bullrush support team. I had an issue with my dashboard on one of their sports competitions and reached out to them by email. Boy, the response was swift. They rectified the issue in no time. This was my first experience with the support team via email and it was satisfactory.
