Our care staff is highly trained and available on a flexible basis, we tailor each individual's care package around how much care and support they need. This might be a handful of hours a week to help with some domestic chores or shopping trips for example. Or it might mean regular visits each day where the focus may be more on personal care. Very helpful and caring service provided throughout although liable to fluctuations between the high volume of different carer's allocated however a high level of consistency generally has been achieved longterm
