I absolutely LOVE this brand and recommend this for every woman I know. I’m not sure how I lived without it, never using a regular razor again.

I am very unhappy. I purchassed the shaver and I have had a issue and requested a replacement, I have now sent 3 emails to customer support and i have not had anyone reach out to me.

Extremely quick delivery and great quality product.

I was a little sceptical around whether it would work as i was expecting, but have found that it works exactly as advertised.

Does what it says, seems to cut close

Works exceptionally well and its easy and time efficient..
My partner has just ordered 3 for her Son's for Xmas.

I shave everything below the waist (front and back) this is the first shaver that works and is comfortable for that task.

Approved! Easy to handle & manoeuvre around the body. Initially started around the chest area to get an idea of how to use it. After a couple of minutes, you realise it’s not rocket science & achieves its purpose. Well received & delivers its purpose.

The Bumzy exceeds all expectations. I have purchased 2. One I will give as a gift. Both times, it arrived quickly and worked straight away. The follow up from the team has been encouraging and helpful. I am extremely happy with the Bumzy. Thank you.

Easy to use. Works great and easy to clean. The magnetic blades are fantastic.

I placed my order with Bumzzy on 24 August. and Bumzzy’s website stated that orders are processed within 24 hours.

I contacted Bumzzy on 26 August asking about my order as i don't see any updates on my order.. Josh replied on 27 August saying, “I can confirm that it’s on its way”, and provided an Australia Post tracking number.

I contacted them again on 28 August because there was still no tracking movement. Josh replied on 30 August explaining that only the shipping label had been created, the parcel was still “in the handover stage”, and it had “not yet entered the carrier’s active tracking network”.

On 31 August, I specifically asked whether the parcel had physically left the warehouse and been handed over to Australia Post. I received no response.

I followed up again on 2 September with a formal complaint, requesting a clear response and asking for the order to be dispatched by close of business on 3 September.

Josh finally responded on 4 September and again confirmed that my order had “now been shipped” and was “on its way”, saying the tracking should update shortly.

It is now 8 September. Australia Post tracking still only shows “Label created”, with no confirmation that Australia Post has received the parcel. I still have not received my order.

I have had to repeatedly chase Bumzzy for updates, while my direct question about whether the parcel was actually handed over to Australia Post went unanswered.

More than two weeks after ordering, I still have neither the product nor tracking confirmation that Australia Post has received it.

The Australia Post tracking provided by Bumzzy identifies the sender as 4PX Express Co Pty Ltd, which appears to be the fulfilment/logistics provider handling the shipment. As of 8 September, it still only shows “Label created”, with no confirmation that Australia Post has received the parcel.

I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and cannot recommend Bumzzy based on my experience.

So far, excellent. Easy to use, works as it says it does. Easy to clean, shaves very well

And its company ... dont get me started
They dont respond to emails
Then when they do, we get a bogus return label which cant even be returned!!! Now we get no replies to our numerous emails !!!
Not only is it a piece of trash razor that absolutely does nothing
The company takes no responsibility and your met with radio silence

This product really work. Im very happy with my purchase

Sent me a replacement shaver head, after sending the photos of the broken connection piece on the power unit. Not really that impressed. Inside the year warranty period. This should be addressed off the back of this review, and it would be 5 star.

Great hair trimmer no marks on my skin nice clean shave

I recently purchased the Bumzzy 2 after reading about the improvements that had been made to the original version (which I had never tried, by the way). I'm very pleased with the result and how easy it is to use, in the palm of your hand.

Great shaver makes manscaping super easy and quick closer than a razor and no razor burn.Easy to use and best part is no mess.Absolutely love it
