This company is misleading. You think you are ordering from a local florist (I searched for Adelaide florists) but it's not a local company. Then the flowers were so crappy and not what was advertised. Not worth the $75 I paid. It's like they went down to Woolworths and bought some flowers on sale. They offered me store credit so I asked them to resend some nicer flowers. Total silence then. I just feel crappy because these were for mum Mum's birthday and she's 81.

I found this page as l really wanted to tell people about my negative experience. If l only could see all these reviews before, l would never purchase from them! We've all fallen victims of this terrible business. It must be a reason they don't have Google review page, they know they're bad.

If I could score minus zero I would. Spent $100 to send flowers same day delivery to a friend who had lost a very close family member very suddenly. It is now EIGHT DAYS later and the flowers still haven't been delivered. The only "positive" (and I use this word loosely) is that they respond to my enquiry emails - the bad news? They just reply with identically worded "We are sorry for your frustration ...." emails which give me no information about when or if the flowers will be delivered. Have never encountered such appalling customer service / business behaviour - just disgraceful.

The experience I have had with this company has resulted in a formal complaint to Fair Trading NSW and a bank transaction dispute.
I ordered their advertised "Breathtaking Blooms in a Mason Jar" for next day delivery. I had to chase up the order for over a week with multiple phone calls and emails to the company chasing up my purchased order. The company workers kept giving me the excuse "your order is in transit, it should be arriving today" every day from the ordered delivery date. When I requested a refund due to the order not arriving the company replied with "we are unable to refund orders that have been sent out" then every time I requested to speak to a manager regarding the non delivery the company stated "there are no managers available to talk to you, one will call you tomorrow". The original order was placed on the 8th of July for delivery on the 9th of July. It is currently the 22nd of July and I have still yet to hear from any managers of the business. I did however get hung up on by a "customer service" call taker and have not had a single phone call answered since being hung up on. I have sent multiple in depth emails. With replies from the business taking over 3 days and the replies disregard everything my email had stated and argued. As stated the order was made on the 8th of July for delivery on the 9th of July. A delivery was eventually made via Armex on the 14th of July, the delivery included a bunch of flowers that were nothing like the advertised arrangement that I purchased not to mention the flowers were wilted and dying. You can honestly get a better bunch of flowers from a local service station or grocery store on your way home. I sent another lengthy and detailed email to this company with attached photos of the appalling flowers they deemed acceptable for delivery - as they are still not answering my calls. As expected the company has still yet to email or call me regarding this disgusting service.

How this company/business is still operating is baffling.

Very very poor experience. Advertising same day delivery to then recieve an email saying it would take 3 days- for a recipient in hospital who would be discharged by then- absolutely no communication and the little communication I did recieve was an automated generic email. I then received notification that the flowers had been delivered, however they’re still no where to be seen or heard of from the hospital or the recipient. Very poor service. I only wish I’d read reviews prior to my order!

I placed an order on the 13th JULY. the flowers arrived 17 July in a very sorry state. Wilted and smelling. I have asked for a refund after twice sending an email with pictures attached but had no response from the company. I have tried to call and was placed on hold. This is the worst service I have ever experienced do not use this company.

This was, without a doubt, the worst flower delivery service I have ever experienced.

Five-day-old, wilted flowers were eventually thrown over my friend's fence after we had already advised they could not be accepted because they had spent days sitting in a delivery van.

Their idea of an apology? A packet of Sakata seaweed crackers.

To make matters worse, they have refused to provide a refund and instead expect me to accept another delivery of flowers. After this experience, I have absolutely no confidence that a replacement would be any better.

The entire experience—from the poor quality of the flowers to the shocking customer service—has been incredibly disappointing. I would never use this company again and certainly couldn't recommend them to anyone.

If there was less than one star, I would do that.
Absolutely appaling company. I placed two orders, neither of which they could fulfill.
2 weeks later, I am still fighting to get my money back. Apparently I cancelled my order 3 days before I placed my order. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

Do not purchase from this company. The service is extremely poor and there is no customer service. I placed my order because the website confirmed same-day delivery to my address. That service was never provided.

Throughout the process I received conflicting information from multiple customer service representatives, repeated voicemails saying my order hadn't been processed, and was later advised delivery had been delayed by several days. The same day the order was placed, I requested om 2 occasions to cancel, as the delivery time frame could not be met, but my request was not actioned despite being told management would contact me. Instead, I was later told cancellation wasn't possible because the order was already in transit.

After multiple follow ups by me, the flowers were eventually delivered five days late and arrived wilted with brown petals. I was offered only a partial store credit, which I declined. I had requested a partial refund.

After lodging a formal complaint, the response simply apologised, stating that delivery timeframes can change due to courier allocation, and advised my case would be reviewed by management. No accountability was taken for advertising same-day delivery when it could not be provided, ignoring my cancellation request, or delivering flowers in poor condition. I have still not received a meaningful resolution. I have now escalated the issue again requesting full refund. Still no response from this company.

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor service. I would not purchase from this company again and had I seen the reviews, I absolutely would not have purchased from this company.

Ordered at 9am for same day delivery , told me hours later they couldn’t do it and it they can do it the next day. Mind you I called for an update because I hadn’t heard anything.
Was told warehouse couldn’t complete. I asked what’s the policy for same day delivery with informing customers? He said it’s on the website, I said tell me where because I can’t see it, he then proceeded to say “I can’t help you any further and hung up.
This call and hung up scenario went on 5 more times. I realised they are partnered with BLOOMEX . So I called their number and they were able to find my order and confirm full refund as they can’t deliver as warehouse was unable to fulfil.
He said I would receive an email soon. I then asked for the names of the people I spoke to previously, he then hung up on me.
I called the corporate sales line told them what happened and they put me through again, the customer service agent then forgot to put me on hold 🤣 and proceeded to talk about me with the agent from this place , he got back on the phone , told him I heard everything… yep he hung up on me.

Hours later received email giving me the option for credit or delivery tomorrow.

I asked for a refund as mentioned already in another email and they said, couldn’t process a refund but can upgrade, credit or deliver only.

They are still emailing me at 10pm saying they value my business and will upgrade, credit, redeliver. (These emails went back and forth about 3/4 times and each time I said FULL REFUND and got the same response back from them.

Bunches and stems Australia and Bloomex are a joke, disgusting service.
Not worth it, not one positive thing to say at all. From order payment , the chat agent who ignored my questions to me having to call for my own up date and still dealing with this via emails. I’m embarrassed for all of us.

If I can add call log and emails I will.

THE FLOWERS WERE NOTHING LIKE THE PICS I GOT SCAMMED

Ordered flowers for same day delivery and they did not deliver. When I tried to contact them to get a refund, they said they could offer delivery for the next day available. They actually don’t know when that day is as they don’t have the flowers in stock. Have contact them twice to get a refund, first time apparently management was going to contact me and nothing. Second time apparently refund will show up in my account. Super disappointing, no flowers and no money refunded

This site is a scam and the same company as BLOOMEX and From Us Flowers. They are conning everyone. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering an “Indulgence “ bouquet for my sisters 80th birthday. She received wilted and dead flowers in an unmarked box. Customer Services don’t want to know. They should be struck off. DO NOT USE THEM. They do not care about ruining people’s special occasions and rely on the recipient not wanting to say how awful the flowers were. Stay away

Absolutely disgusted. Please do not waste time or money. Ordered $160 flowers for my friend with the promise of next day delivery. Got a phone call the next day saying the flowers will be late and I will have an upgrade. Received an email with tracking saying the flowers were going to be delivered a week late. Emailed customer service who continually sent me the same email after I kept questioning what was going on, refused a refund. The flowers were delivered over a week later by a freight company completely dead. The arrangement was something picked from Coles or Woolies. Nothing like the photo and the message was printed on the back of scrap paper. Scam. The company needs to be shut down.

I wish I’d read the reviews first before placing an order. This is an Asian run company and the peoples English is very hard to understand when trying to speak to them in regards to my order. They hang up when calling and then disconnect when doing a live chat. The order was for the day of a funeral and 3 days later have not been delivered. This company is a SCAM. DONT USE THEM.

On 6 July I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 7th of July. I searched by suburb to try to find a local florist. I ordered the top of the range paying $140. Whilst ordering a pop up offered a 15% discount if I subscribed. I subscribed then waited for about half an hour but in the end ordered without the discount because it was set up to send the code after the order was made. I complained and requested that they add a little extra to make up for it and they responded saying that wasn't possible. The next day I received a message saying that the address was outside their delivery area and would be delivered the following day. It was not delivered on that day either. It eventually arrived 2 days late on the 9th of July. The sponge holding the stems was bone dry and flowers had died. This company is seriously lacking in ethics and morality. They will suck up your money and leave you with nothing but regret. Find a different florist!

What I ordered via the website, was not what was delivered. It’s was absolutely shocking. I have no words to explain how pathetic the delivered item was. (I ordered a beautiful bouquet - the delivered item was a wilted, half dead rose and a piece of fern).
Then, when I reached out to them explaining the situation, they could not have cared any less…..they also went AGAINST all of their own “terms & conditions” in their refund policy.
PLEASE RETHINK EVER USING THIS SERVICE!

This site takes your money does not carry out the transaction, sends email without payment links, cannot attach a link to an email, customer service is severely lacking, ought to be ashamed of themselves. Terrible experience with them. Don't recommend them at all unless you want to waste your money

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered on a Friday morning because the website advertised same-day delivery. It wasn't until after my payment was taken that I was told the flowers would actually be sent by overnight courier and delivered on Monday. If I'd known that beforehand, I would have ordered elsewhere.

The flowers were then marked as delivered, but the recipient never received them. I was told they had been left in a "safe place", yet they could not be found.

When I requested a refund, I was told I had to wait for a courier investigation, despite paying for an order that was never received. I was also promised updates but haven't received any.

Misleading delivery information, poor communication, and no accountability when something goes wrong. I won't be ordering from Bunches & Stems again.

This is an absolute rort! I ordered these flowers whilst living in Victoria to have them delivered to my friend in Southport Qld. This absolutely looks like a bricks and mortar website. I am not a stranger to ordering flowers online, I do it regularly. I chose this site because I assumed that they would be delivered to my grieving friend today. I wanted them delivered today so I could show some sort of support from another state. When I contacted them because they sent an email to say they had tried to deliver them and apparently couldn't get in touch with my friend to verify her address. I've never heard of such rubbish! If this was a legitimate shop they would of known by the card attached to the order that it was from a grieving friend to a grieving widow! When I phoned,it was definitely an offshore call centre, who couldn't understand what I was saying. I have followed it up with 2 emails, one mentioned that if my order wasn't delivered by tomorrow I would go to consumer affairs. I've heard nothing since. Late today I had a notification in my Australia Post app, it's the flowers being delivered by Star Track! Supposedly on Monday or Tuesday. Can you imagine the state of the 'fresh flowers' by then. Not only am I devastated that I have lost a friend but I am devastated by the lack of empathy and that this company is happy to take your money (in my case $102) but seemingly has no accountability for getting the order delivered on the day selected. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
