They sent me the wrong size . I have to send them back . Even thought it was their fault, their mistake I still have to pay $47 to be sending back to China . It is ridiculous

In order to receive my shoes, it was necessary to file a dispute in the transaction with my credit card company. Only then did the business quickly send me the shoes. Beware of this company and their deceptive business practices.

Its interesting how this company has all negative reviews because its selling knock-off goods, but several positive reviews are put in within minutes of each other. This company is such a fraud!

Don’t fall for this scam!!! I’ve had hospital slippers that were better quality!! I can’t believe I paid $47.90 for these “shoes” It is outrageous that they even sell these! They are the quality of DISPOSABLE shoes!!! This is such a scam because there’s no way to return them, PLEASE don’t fall for these shoes, look somewhere else, don’t waste your money!!!!

Please be careful of the size of the shoes. Their sizes are very different from normal. We found the size issue after the product was delivered to us. We ordered using the normal US sizes.

The return policy requires the customers to return the shoes by paying the courier charges and then ordering a new pair and paying for the new pair to be delivered to you. We are very disappointed and binned the wrong size shoe delivered to us.

It was my mistake that I did not read the reviews before I ordered. Issues I faced have been highlighted in previous reviews.

Horrible experience and cheaply made sandals.

Don’t but from them. I ordered pair of walking shoes. Took 2 weeks to arrive. They were wrong size, didn’t look anything like their picture( cheap quality). Also, had strong chemical odor. Customer service insisted it was my fault. Refused to give me refund. They have a no refund policy and insisted that I pay shipping to return for store credit.Problem is, they come from China and UPS and Fed Ex can’t ship to there and Post Office would cost $ 100, which is more than shoes cost. I will never but from them again.

Two major problems. One the shoes look like they were sewn together by a kindergarten class. The fabric is practically see through and stitching is pulling out without the shoes ever being worn. Two, the shoes are at least 2 sizes too big and VERY wide. Nothing about this company is legitimate and returns are not an option. Spread the word. This is a scam. You cannot even call what they sell as real shoes, they are total garbage.

In my opinion, you should not waste your time or money on this company's shoes. I ordered a pair, correct size and style I wanted, but I have a narrow heel, I walk right out of the shoes. They do not answer the phone number listed and the emails come back undeliverable!!
They state you Cannot send back to address listed.
Update: returns are to CHINA. Would cost a fortune.
They only do exchanges-- no refunds!!!!!!!!!

I order online, most companies make it easy to return a product that does not work out--- not this company!!

Waited one month and just received the shoes, two sizes too small. No way would I have ordered this size. Now I learn from others that I have to send them back to China! What a scam. They are not leather at all, just cheap plastic, overpriced rubbish. Will be asking my Credit Card to investigate.They must refund me as they are complicit in doing business with these Chinese, who refuse to refund your money or even pay for their return. No word about that on their website. Usually companies will send a free return label and refund you. Everyone should demand their Credit Card company get their money back or stop doing business with them.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!! Measurements for sizing is ALL WRONG in adds! even though they know that they're wrong they still stiffed me for TWO pairs of shoes for over $170.00. Customer service is deplorable. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!
The reply to my review is ridiculous and a complete lie.

Horrible shoes with an offensive odor. Cheaply constructed. Return label said from New Jersey but when I asked if I could return they told me I had to return to China and they wouldn't give me a refund only an exchange. I had no idea these shoes were being shipped from China. I am not going to spend money shipping these back just to get another pair of cheap shoes. I have lost $60 on this purchase.

The sizing is way off - much too small. I even ordered larger than usual and I can’t get them on my feet! The shoes are plastic with cheap plastic soles. And No refunds! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Take my advice - don’t order from BunionFree. Save your money and order from reputable companies.

What a great company Bunion Free is - The Platform Orthopaedic walking shoes with the raised heel were not very good for my tricky feet. I felt my foot was being pushed forward - so I then tried the Cushioned Orthopaedic Walking Shoes and they are great fitting shoes and plenty room for my horrible bunion! I need a soft wide toe box and that's what I got. Been out walking a few times - especially during 'lockdown' and they are very comfy. I would recommend the shoes and Bunion Free. Support staff are so friendly and efficient.

I would give a zero if I could. Can’t even get feet in sneakers. I have to pay for return shipping to China which costs almost as much as sneakers to get my money back.

Ordered 2 pair on 11/17/20. Finally came 1/2/21. One pair is only ok. Cheap. Not what I expected. Other, though suppose to be same size, is about 1-2 sizes too small. Can't wear then Also cheap. Sent note to support and still haven't heard anything. I think the whole thing is a scam. Don't recommend these scammers at all.

The shoes were lightweight, cheap, plastic material, and very different color than pictured. And the sizing was off, so they were way too small. NO REFUNDS. And you have to pay for your own exchange shipping TO CHINA! Costs more to ship the return than to buy another pair. But NO WAY am I buying another pair of these cheap shoes from China. Why does China products always a scam? Why use an American image to disguise and priced in USD? At least sell a decent product. What we got is misaligned stitch, poor material, incorrect color, size etc.

Sizes are not correct. I wish I would have read these reviews before I threw my money in the garbage. They said they will exchange but you have to mail to China. Shipping alone is more than any of the shoes. I really was hoping I found a great shoe for my foot problems. So disappointed that a company would rip off people who really need help.

No sign of the product I ordered
Sent an e mail 20 days ago asking for an update with no response
I suspect this company may be a scam. Either that or just the worst service possible
