Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the quality and selection of our forage blends, particularly as you’ve been a customer for some time.
We take comments regarding product quality, excessive powder and foreign objects very seriously, as this is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We’d really appreciate it if you could contact our customer service team with details of the products affected, so we can investigate this further.
We value your custom and are sorry that we’ve fallen short of your expectations. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Like the curate's egg-good in parts.
I received the Mixed Baked Treats 1kg (Mis-Shapes) today which were very good value for the money, unfortunately I received a bag of the Complete Rabbit Mix last week & it was incredibly dusty & dark looking & not at all up to it's usual high standard.

Thank you for your review and for your comments regarding the Mixed Baked Treats. We are so pleased to hear you found them to be good value for money.
We’re very sorry to hear that the Complete Rabbit Mix you received was unusually dusty and darker than normal. We understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when it wasn’t up to the usual standard you’ve come to expect from us. Natural products can sometimes show some variation between batches, but we appreciate that the difference you experienced was more than would normally be expected.
We’ll certainly pass your comments on to our team so this can be looked into. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Quick delivery and good selection
