Customer service puts them a notch above others
Voicebunny has been my go-to service for video voiceovers and dubbing because they always deliver great quality, make the process easy, and have a big choice of voice actors.
What prompted me to write this review is the most recent example of their amazing customer service. Despite all the other things above I mentioned that make the service great, their customer service is what really puts them over the top and makes me a loyal customer. Whenever I have questions about a project, need revisions to a voiceover, or have any problems, they're always super responsive and helpful. You get a real person who gives you informed answers quickly - such a rarity these days.

Very solid. This is where I will be going in the future for voice overs.
Before I booked a voice over artist on Bunny Studio, I researched what sites I could get affordable voiceovers from. I liked Bunny Studios because I didn't have to create an account to see pricing and they had a large selection of talent and good search features. They also offer some of the most affordable pros out there.
I did hire two other voice over artists on Fiverr because they were really good and even cheaper than on Bunny Studio, but they were a real effort to find, and only one of them was actually that much cheaper than bunny studio pros.
What Bunny Studio offers that Fiverr does not is that you don't have to weed through 100 bad listings to find one good one (they're all good,) plus they are very dedicated to making sure you are pleased. I actually turned down a voice over artist because he wasn't able to produce the style I thought he could, and to my surprise I was refunded with credit to use on another pro, who ended up working great. I do think if you turn down the work pros submit often enough, it will reflect on your record and they might stop working with you, but if you're pretty good at telling who would be the right fit for a project, you should be good and having that to fall back on is really nice.
Bunny Studio will be my #1 go to site in the future.

I ordered voice acting and it's been over a week and still no reply. I needed it urgently so paid and hired. Even bunny studio employees are not helping. Did my money just disappear now? No work, no help, nothing! I guess they are scammers. Don't hire!!!

Some Issues, but OUTSTANDING Customer Service
Some technical issues as we did not get status emails upon project creation or completion, AND one of our selected voiceover artists just never completed the project. However, our customer service experience with Daniel Matiz and the other customer service employees has been more than outstanding. Daniel in particular is knowledgeable, responsive, and was quick to address any issues that we did have. Thank you Daniel!
