Ate at the West Boca location on Glades. Horrible food. Fries were all burnt and taste horrible. Has a shake that was bitter and the spicy chicken sandwich was substandard. Expect better for an $18 plus meal. Very disappointed.

BurgerFi Pinecrest in Fl. …. The worst !!! After I ordered which was an ordeal in itself. I don’t think the cashier knew he was working. Made a mistake and gave him a really nice tip. Yes …. They ask for a tip at the register… Really !!!
Now to the food … the hamburger pattie’s were like rubber pucks and very hard to chew.
Won’t be returning … Thanks !

Tristan was my personal favorite worker here. He was very nice and he is my favorite person today because I was starving before he brought me my food.

Visited the Lake Mary, FL Location this evening and arrived at 8:32pm; The location closed at 9pm. My kids and I met my parents after my kids games. We ordered our food and they asked if it was "for here or to go" and we clearly said for here. We filled our drinks and sat down at a table. After 10 minutes, an employee came over and said that they close at 9pm and we would need to take our food to go. They had not even closed yet. After asking for a manager, they said the manager was out of the building picking up supplies, because they are out of a lot of things. They said, we couldn't eat inside that we have to go outside where it is raining or take it to go. I said we will eat our food quickly and leave following. The one employee gave me the managers number where I called and left a voicemail. Then another employee said that she spoke to the GM Marco and that he would allow us to stay until 9:10pm. Absolutely, poor customer service. If they wouldn't allow us to eat there, they should of told us at the time of placing the order. We were leaving at 9:10pm and threw our garbage out. Then we were getting in the car with my kids and as the employee shut the doors he flicked us off. Completely disrespectful.

The food is great but there is a customer service problems with staff verifying the items in order placed. On two different occasions the onion rings were Not in the bag. I tried calling when I got home but no answer. I thought it would be really nice if a coupon would be issued for these 4 missing items.

Extremely good food! It tastes good - your fries are crunchy, and the burgers are always tasty and hot.

Burgers were cold and replacements were incorrect! Avoid the New BOCA RATON location off GLADES RD. at all costs ! Servers had attitudes and don’t expect this location to survive!

Tried to order ahead online but couldn’t. Downloaded the app and couldn’t. Waited until we wanted to order them got a message no more orders today. Un-frickin-believable. Deleted the app then bought some 5 Guys where it was a much easier order/pickup process.

Went into the Henderson location in Las Vegas. Service was quick and spectacular. Elaine was hands on with her employees to make sure orders were getting out in a timely manner.

Ordered delivery online. Terrible. Never again. First of all, if you are going to deliver fries and onion rings don’t steam them soggy by wrapping them in a unvented bag. Second, your burger isn’t great. Just barely ok. Please order Whataburger instead. You will be much happier!!!

Shocking service .. bad mannered and food is garbage ... soggy. They blocked me on Instagram when i criticized there service.

I love their Wagyu burger, the first chain store that offer Wagyu burger to make it affordable.

It is a great restaurant to enjoy a quick lunch or a nice relaxing evening with friends and family. Would recommend this place to anyone. The cashier Kinyetta was very helpful and was very kind. Thank you.

As I was visiting Durham NC for two days, I was looking forward to trying Burgerfi at RDU on my return to NY.

The store did not appear busy and the staff was very friendly. Not sure how long it takes to fry up three chicken tenders but after sitting at the counter for 30 minutes having paid for my order, I could not wait around as my flight was starting to board. I politely spoke to the manager and regretfully I had to go. Was not even offered a refund.

Maybe another time when I have more than half an hour to wait.

Ordered a burger and fries traveling through Tampa, FL. It was the best I had ever eaten! The burger was just under $8 and the large fries (enough to feed 4) were $7.
