I am annoyed with bus 207 (route that goes Donnybrook into the city centre) it is the most incompetent annoying bus ever in the years I have been on this bus I haven’t had a day where I feel it has brought me to destination on time and yes I know it’s my responsibility to do so but I when I do leave on time and try to take an earlier bus … THE EARLIER BUS EITHER DECIDES TO NOT COME OR COME LATE! … Next year and this is a promise I will never ever ever think of using this bus I will force myself to get my license than to spend another year using bus 207

I was useing the bus route 202 and 202A Mahon Point to merchents Quay
The Bus we're never in time ,Dirty ,Negelected Ripped Seats .rubbish everywhere
My Question is does anybody Check Out the Condition of the Busses

6Bus did not turn up, can't pay by card or notes on the bus must have exact coins. No space for large bags no toilets. Unreliable service. Not suitable for tourists. 8.47 450 route cancelled. Didn't get the later bus as Didn't want to rush up and down crough patrick and be stranded there if they cancel another service. Bad service.

I made a return trip from Dublin (Busarus) to Donegal in August 2026, a trip that is supposed to take approximately 4 hours depending on the time of day. After 25 mins standing in the departure queue for the 15.30h bus, it disappeared from both the general info screen and door screen and was replaced by the 17.00 bus, an event that in an airport signifies the cancellation of the flight. No real time information was supplied and the bus eventually left late arrived even later in Donegal town with a delay of one hour. On the return, the delay started with 45 mins of waiting after departure time in Donegal's chaotic main square again with no real time information. Why don't they have a proper bus-station? After all there aren't any trains in Donegal so buses are the only form of public transport. Again we arrived in Dublin an hour late which is enough in most European public transport systems to justify some sort of refund. Bus Eireann wasn't even bothered enough to apologise. The route itself requires rationalisation as it was clear that many were using this 'express' service to Donegal as a Dublin Airport-Cavan service. Even more infuriating is the Belturbet detour which adds an unnecessary half-hour to the total journey time when it should be a stricly local Cavan service.

Upon arrival to the bus the driver told us we cant take hot chocolate on after we just paid for them so they were full absolutely outrageous for you to not be allowed drinks on a bus. This was really frustrating and a waste of our money. Ridiculous and a joke.

My wife & I were in Waterford on Sunday 4/8.We decided to take the 2.40 Bus (route55) home to Tipperary.
After 15 mins no sign of the bus.I asked a bus driver who informed me that the express bus was cancelled but another bus would be along shortly but this never arrived.
After 25 mins waiting I met with the inspector who informed me that the 2.40 bus was cancelled & the nect scheduled bus was the 3.40.
This is a disgrace.it was bad enough that the bus was cancelled but they didn't have the manners or courtesy to inform their customers,surely a system should be introduced like the trains to keep their passengers informed.
It is a blatant disregard for people &
we are being encouraged to use public transport this type of behaviour does not help promote the service.
The bus itself was very comfortable once it did arrive.

I was standing at the bus stop with my hand out and the bus drove past I had to run after it he saw me and then stopped as I got on he shouted at me saying I should’ve been at the stop wich I was with my hand out and nearly didn’t leave me on the bus disgraceful carry on

The bus driver on the 245x today was so nice to everybody and a young kid after an incident which delayed the bus , the service was amazing . Thank you driver

Bus was meant to come at 1.50 on the app it has now sed 2.30 then got delayed to 3.55 to not show up this is every day am fuming

Enjoying the ride on bus32 with miss carolines entertaining music and company! Very relaxed trip to home.

He didn't go on the green light 2 times in a row. And it's now delayed for my stop for 9 mins. And I am running late for a VERY IMPORTANT CLASS.

Got the 12am bus x2 from dublin airport to gorey last night .. night mare trip from beggining to end . Arrived late . Driver pulled into wrong bay .. took him 30 minutes to load maybe 25 people .. took wrong turns on way into city center station .. picked people up at a stop and spent a few minutes on his phone going through WhatsApp. Lady had to ask drive to turn much fown as he had some shutvjass playing really loudly .. took over 2 hours 30 minutes to get to gorey .. shocking.. the wexford bus that left the airport at 1am pull in behind us 2 minutes later in gorey .. never again would I travel with bus eireann.. id rather walk .. imagine getting from france to dublin quicker the dublin to gorey ..

One star is very generous… the worst service in whole Europe, the most expensive and complete crap. You are lucky if they even arrive. Timetables doesn’t exist - crap

Was on the 109x bus today at around 20 past 1, my phone had died while i needed to make a call to someone, the bus driver kindly gave me a lend of a charger until i got off personally had a very good experience great thanks to the bus driver 😊

Ghost buses. Bus arriving soon, then disapears, for over two hours. Shambles of a company

Route 329. Bus driver was cheeky and rude and made very sensitive comments towards me and my friends. All i wanted was to buy a ticket.

The 109x is a disgrace

I was getting the 3.30 bus from knockbridge into Dundalk bus station I was stood up and waving and the bus driver just drove past me and I ran after him and tried waving the bus down and it never stopped I ended up paying a taxi 15 euro for the exact same distance when I could have paid 77 cent on a child’s leapcard absolutely fuming worst service ever !!!

We had a very disappointing experience with both the app and the bus service in Cork. The app is poorly designed, difficult to navigate, and not user-friendly at all. It was confusing not only to locate where we want to go, to figure out how to buy a ticket in the first place, but even access tickets that had already been purchased. We spent around 15 minutes trying to find the approximate location, and figure out how to find the operator name, which was missing in the list. To make matters worse, the 208 bus route was missing from the list, making it even more difficult to use the app properly.
When we asked the bus driver for help locating our purchased ticket, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Rather than assisting us with an issue caused by the app, he insisted that we buy another ticket. We ended up paying twice because of a problem that was not our fault.
A ticketing app should be simple and reliable, and staff should be willing to help passengers when issues arise. Unfortunately, neither the app nor the customer service met even basic expectations. I hope significant improvements are made to the app's functionality and that drivers receive better customer service training.

This company is a disgrace. You simply can't trust the timetable of this garbage service. The buses are never on time—never. They're not just 5 or 10 minutes late; sometimes they make you wait more than 30 minutes, or they don't even bother showing up at all.

I've been living in this country for three years now, and since the day I first set foot here, nothing has changed. The service is still absolutely terrible. PURE GARBAGE.
