Had a query with an outstanding bill that I thought we had completed a direct debit for. Jesse understood the problem and forwarded a direct debit form immediately to ensure this didn't happen again. As the bill was late being paid there was a block on the tablet for calls and roaming wifi. I assured Jesse I had paid this and she was kind enough to get this lifted provided that payment came through within a certain time. This really assissted in keeping our business running smoothly and without delays and frustrations. Thanks for your assistance Jesse, much appreciated.

The customer support at Currys Business is fantastic and obviously realise that in business you need a quick response so that you can get on with your business. From start to finish the service and communication were excellent. One of the items developed a fault and the return was quick, free of charge and faultless. Communication via the contact Francesca was very professional.

Honestly so disappointed with business customer services at Staples Corner. I have had an issue with my fridge since I installed it and they still have not sent anyone to replace it...this has been going back and forth since June. So upsetting

When I placed the order I received an order confirmation email saying the cost for the washing machine and delivery was £264.93. The invoice doesn't get sent until after delivery (why), and the invoice was for £269.10. I checked my bank statement and the higher amount had been taken. I have emailed currys twice to get this corrected and have received no reply

Excellent service from Currys Business. Purchased a Zenbook Duo that unfortunately wasn’t up to spec and processed a refund. I got contacted by a rep named Francesca and she was absolutely wonderful. She contacted me as soon as I applied for the refund and she stayed in contact with me until the refund was finally processed. Highly recommend.

We came into the Warrington store with a view to purchasing 3 new dell/lenovo laptops for business use . We wanted this brand as we were comfortable with the capabilities as we,ve previously used these brands. The sales rep convinced us the the ASUS notebook was a more cost effective laptop quoting " they are exactly the same but cheaper " Since we started to use the laptops we discovered that this particular model would not support dual screens . We have been in conversation with Curry,s for 3 weeks to date and still no resolution . Currys answer was that we ( as the customer ) need to purchase secondary devices which we feel is unacceptable since as we were sold these as " exactly the same " . Very disappointing after sales service as we have spent approx 2.5k with them and tech equipment

Excellent service from Andrew who was very attentive with my orders. He was particularly helpful over missing items and got everything resolved swiftly. Highly recommend!

I ordered an item by mistake. Curry's customer service were quick and efficiently guided me through the process of returning the item and refunding me. Enya-Jade kept in touch with me via email ensuring that the process went smoothly. I was very impressed with the service I received.
