While I wouldn't normally give Currys Business a 5-star rating due to the issues we experienced—particularly the system outage, the lack of communication, and our order not being dispatched—Lorna absolutely deserves 5 stars for her outstanding customer service.

From the moment she became involved, Lorna was incredibly helpful, professional, and proactive. She assisted us with arranging the return, kept a close eye on our account throughout the process, and regularly updated us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was reassuring to know someone genuinely cared about getting everything resolved.

Lorna is a real credit to the Currys Business team and a definite asset to the company. Her dedication and customer-focused approach completely turned around what had otherwise been a very frustrating experience. Thank you, Lorna, for your exceptional support.

argumentative refused to move a large appliance into slot in kitchen (very small kitchen) said I hadnt paid for install when all i wanted him to do was put it in the gap and put the plug in the wall (hardly an installation service) but it was too big and heavy for me to do. They were supposed to install the washing machine which they couldn't do becasue there wasnt holes for the pipes so I asked instead because they would have had more time coz of not installing w machine could the move the fridge and I got shouted at.

considering the amount of money spent, there was little discount given, one of the discounts was free installation of washing machine which was even done

I placed an order on Currys Business for an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 laptop. At the time of ordering, the website was showing 7 in stock, so I placed the order in good faith.

Afterwards, I was told the item was out of stock and my order was being held. Instead of offering a proper like-for-like replacement, Currys suggested lower-spec alternatives. I found the closest available equivalent on their own website, but they refused to supply it because it had a different product code and higher current value.

In the end, they said the only option was cancellation and refund.

Very disappointing experience. If an item is showing stock and an order is accepted, customers should not later be told it cannot be supplied with no suitable resolution. This has wasted my time and left me with no product.

Lorna made Returns process simple and was a delight to speak with. She managed to turn the negative situation of my damaged product into a poistive view of Currys Business as a whole through her positive and friendly attitude.

Great customer service - I had an issue with a duplicate payment of around £900 which Currys were not able to find. I had sent them numerous emails and confirmation but they were simply not interested. Fortunately I managed to speak with Lorna who found the payment and took immediate action to refund it. Thank you Lorna!

So, 4 emails later and still no reply. This includes my "business manager" which bounced back. I now have no idea who it is. Customer service rubbish. Don't get a mobile contract from Currys!
Update: currys finally got in touch. Told them i wish to end my contract but they won't. How to make a bad situation even worse and compound rubbish customer service !

I shopped at Currys, Norwich. Wonderful customer service and timely delivery.

Awaiting delivery of a television I paid for 6 days ago. Paid extra for delivery within 2 days and still not arrived. Called customer services 4 times, each time I've been told they're contacting the release team to see when it will be released.
I've given up with Curry's customer service and cancelled my order and requested a refund, still had no confirmation of it being processed despite being assured of one.
Ordered from Marks Electrical who have delivered a tv within 24hrs.

The worst customer service I've experienced from a company.

Having purchased a new computer monitor back in March, I had a couple of questions to ask, as it looked liked their product description was wrong on a couple of things that it said the monitor had.

It said that the monitor had built in speakers, and a blue light filter, which was two of the main reasons for ordering this monitor.

When I originally enquired about this via e-mail, I got a response saying "that they weren't technically trained" and to contact the manufacturer" and they also said that the specs also state that there are two speakers.

It turns out that there aren't any speakers.

This was back in March of this year, and I have e-mailed since, all the way through the June, and I've had zero replies from them, all I get is a generic message acknowledging my e-mail saying "Thank you for getting in touch with Currys Business. We’ve received your email and a member of our team will respond within 48 working hours."

48 hours; I've been waiting 3 months for a reply 🤣

2 simple questions, which could have been answered by Currys, if they could have been bothered to look into this.

Shame I could only leave 1 star, as for me this is a 0 stars one!

It was such am effort to change my address. Customer Services could do nothing but give me an email address to sort it out myself. No communication between them and the local store hence my delivery went initially to my old address,took a week to deliver.

Natalie helped me with getting into contact with the refunds team so I give her 5 stars, but overall 4 as it did take a while for curry's to reach out to me.

Wrote a poor review following appalling aftercare for a top of then line fridge freezer. Though Currys didn't do much before, following the review, I received an email. The email assured me that I would be contacted by the relevant branch within 48 hrr and also supplied contact numbers in the meanwhile. No one contacted me and I tried calling the numbers provided. They either didn't work or was told that my issue could only be resolved by the shop I purchased from. Not sure why I was given these numbers. Invariably the store never called or answered my calls. After a few days I went in and was told that the manager was dealing with my case, but he was off till yesterday. Needless to say he still never called. I guess they are consistent in the the level of customer service.
