Paul arranged business class travel for my wife and me from Glasgow to Sydney. The booking process was completely straightforward. Tickets came as promised and we always felt confident that the process was going well. We fell foul of aircraft control failure and the second part of the journey was aborted. Paul seemed to be on the case straight away and quickly sent details of an alternative schedule for the next day. We’re pleased to have used this company.

I was trying to purchase a ticket. I was fortunate to come across this agency. My first point of contact was with Jane one of the customer service officers. she showed a keen willingness in assisting me to find a suitable flight ticket. She showed patience and diligence.Jane has shown the valuable skills imperative for dealing with the public. Her interpersonal communicative skills are highly recognised. I deem her of high value to the company, and look forward to doing business with her in the near future

Kate at Business Flight shop was extremely helpful and although we didn’t get the original flight we rang up about she helped us find a very good flight at a very good price. Will write another review once we have been on the flight.

I have just come across this below review as i also was getting very anxious with this company as i have never used befor.
I booked some business flights with Paul Harper back in April 2026 to go to singapore and return from Bangkok
I explained in very much detail that this was to celebrate our golden wedding and everything must be right. I made it very clear that when our flights are booked we need our seat numbers are confirmed so we are guaranteed to sit together.
Unfortunately after many many attempts to get them to confirm our seats it has not been provided even to the point that i was passed onto whom i was told was a manager Adi. I took a call from him shortly after booking and he assured me he would be dealing with my concerns and that the seating would be done.
even as as much as i have just called them around 1.30 this afternoon and asked to speak to Adi and i was told he was on a break and would call me back in 15min.
Its now been 1 hour 30 min and no call.
I wasn't going to write a review but my concerns made me look at there reviews and i came across this one below which is identical to my concerns.
If it was just another holiday i wouldn't be so bothered but it being our golden wedding i would have thought they would recognise this and pull out all the stops.

Thank you for your reply and I am now aware of what ticket you provided me. But as per my complaint this is not the ticket that was asked for.
I look forward in your senior managers getting in touch with me but I wait with Holded breath as I have been trying to resolve this since April and just keep being given promises.

Business flights shop are excellent for efficiency and patience.I have used them three times to fly to Australia and have had excellent service and good communication from Paul Hunter.I would highly recommend them every time.

I have been looking for flights from the UK to Sydney Australia Business Class for a few months and after trawling all the different sites luckily I got an excellent quote from this provider. Jane who handled all my queries and extras gave me an exceptional quote which I hadn't previously considered, having two stops rather than one stop, saving £1000. Travelling every year to Australia, I will definitely use this company again.

I received prompt and helpful communications from Jerin. Jerin even called me when I had questions no matter how many questions I had. Sadly although the booking experience was good , this has not carried through to my many requests with help re seat bookings on a flight with an airline I have never used before but was recommended by this booking agent .Once again yesterday I did not receive the promised call back and have been left feeling extremely anxious about the upcoming trip to Sydney via Hanoi with Vietnamese airways .
