Useless brick

Really bad product for this price....
Few positive points:
-> Shipping was quick & easy
-> The busy tag is physically ok
Now lets come to negatives:
-> macOS busytag app wont start at all (luxafor app does, but with different capabilities/control options)
-> Android and Windows app will start, but connecting a new device is... lets say: i'm working in IT and i wasn#t able to get it to run (no FAQ, no quick start guide - it's just trial & error):
- The only option is to add the device manually by id
- Even though it shows "device found" in the first step during setup, afterwards the device is always shown as "disconnected", so no control/function possible. (not a problem with data cable, as the access to files on the busytag via usb works well)... Have fun searching for a useful troubleshooting guide & if you find any, please let me know...
- while working with luxafor app, i had to reset the busy tag every 10-15 minutes as it got stuck/frozen (simple restarts/reconnects didnt help)

The issue with the macOS Busy Tag app has been reported before, and whenever a problem arises, we investigate it thoroughly on a case-by-case basis. All software is tested before release, and while we don’t encounter these issues in our testing, we actively look into each report to determine whether it is specific to an individual setup or a broader problem, and work to resolve it whenever possible.

We have a FAQ section on our website under the Support menu, which provides troubleshooting steps, basic usage instructions, and answers to common questions. This page is also accessible through the Busy Tag app. In addition, our Learning Center offers tutorials on additional features available through different platforms.

The freezing issue is not something we have previously encountered. It would be considered a bug, and we are interested in gathering more information to identify a fix.

no entiendo las empresas que venden productos de esta manera

no entiendo las empresas que venden productos y su servicio técnico es lamentable. Pagas 60 euros por un producto con muchas aplicaciones, y muy interesante, pero no añaden lo necesario para poderlo usar, como por ejemplo, un cable de transferencia de datos, pero claro, hay que ahorrar costes

Product Never Delivered and no refund

Address error leads to no product despite correcting. The product was returned to them and they reached out and said:

"Thank you for purchasing our product!
We’ve received a notification from Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post) informing us that your order has been returned to us, as the delivery was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, no further delivery attempts were made, and the parcel was sent back to our office.

If you would still like to receive your order, we’d be happy to resend it. Please confirm whether the original shipping address is still correct or if you would like to make any changes.

Let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll do our best to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible."

I replied:
"Thanks for reaching out, it looks like my zip code had a typo in it :(. My correct address is: redaceted".

That was almost a year ago and I have never received the product even though I have followed up three times.
