An absolutely first class experience, from design to completion. 👍🏻

Butler’s were recommended to us by a neighbour who were very impressed by the service they provided.
Our experience with Butler Interiors was excellent from start to finish. They work well as a team providing an efficient and professional service. The contractors they use to support their service were excellent, and very aware of the quality of service that was expected from Mark.
Sophie was our Designer, she was excellent, spending lots of time ensuring we were happy with the design. Sophie provided us with great ideas and excellent plans.
Amy was excellent keeping us informed as to when our kitchen was likely to start.
Our project was managed by Paul who provided us with a schedule or work and kept us informed of what to expect. Our kitchen was installed by Mark, he is an excellent joiner and always ensured the kitchen was clean and tidy before he left. All the tradesmen involved ensured they left the kitchen clean and tidy.
I absolutely love my new kitchen and enjoy spending time in it.

The final job for us in our new home was the kitchen and we were keen to support local businesses, so we followed recommendations and asked Butler Interiors for a quote……This was the best decision we have ever made.
From the initial design, where we chose everything and made the occasional changes to the plans, Sophie was so patient and extremely knowledgeable about the products and adjusted the plans so we could have exactly what we wanted.
The whole project was managed by Mark and as a result we knew exactly when the contractors were coming to fit the electrics, plumbing, plastering and tiling etc. All the work was carried out by the contractors when planned and they were all so pleasant, and professional, (I have to give a big shout out to Dave the electrician, who kept us amused with his singing) and they all left everything clean and tidy when finished.
We borrowed a sample of our worktop and cupboard so we could get the right match for our tiles and flooring and once again Mark organised our tiler in the schedule of works so everything went like clockwork.
We did have an issue with our combi-oven microwave as the manufacturer was struggling to get parts ( this is still an ongoing issue with getting parts worldwide ), but even though our kitchen was completed there was a 2 month wait to finally get it fitted. Throughout this time we were kept updated by Amy who was really apologetic, even though she had no control over this issue, but she did send us a goodwill gesture from the manufacturer which was a pleasant surprise.
All in all, what could have been a very stressful time was, in reality, a very calm and enjoyable experience as any issues were dealt with by the whole team.
We now have a fabulous kitchen, all within budget and delivered by a top company.
Would I recommend Butler Interiors? Most definitely

Absolutely first class from initial design to installation and aftercare. Don't look anywhere else if you want a high quality kitchen without any stress. Mark and his team at Butler Interiors are always on hand to answer all of your questions, arrange any necessary associated works, fully explain and schedule the like clockwork installation process. Extremely happy with my new kitchen.

Still completely in love with our kitchen even after 2 years!! They were brilliant from initial chats to design, order and installation. Any issues, which have been few and tiny, we've had to raise have been fully supported by yourselves.  Your a fabulous company to work with. A positive experience from start to finish!
