Very, very bad service.
Delivery 3 days late
Your trucks don't have forklifts.
We purchased steel beams from you, 305x305x97x7.5 meters, which weighed about 750 kilograms, but after delaying the delivery, you called us several times saying that we had to get your own forklift, and you didn't even deliver them to us on the rack, saying that you had to unload the 750-kilogram steel beam from the truck yourself, and I'm telling all my colleagues not to buy from you.
I suggest other builders not to buy from you.very very very bad

Hello,
You chose a standard delivery and with this type of delivery it clearly states in the delivery terms and conditions that it is the customers responsibilty to offload the steel and that you must have a forklift or other means to offload the steel when the delivery is made.
Please ensure you choose a kerbisde offload if you require us to offload the steels.

A really helpful and friendly company. I phoned for some metal angle, which they prepared for me by cutting and edge softening, all for a very reasonable cost.

Cheap and cheerful
Very efficient delivery and quick manufacturing time.
Ordering form is not very good. It does not appear to retain data input for hole details.
Also the additional information I provided for hole locations was not complied with.

Wrong tube sent
Ordered 60.3 x 5 tube, received 60.3 x 3 which is £40 cheaper, stay away from them!
Order 11126 from Icon Fabrications for Mud Station.
Because I had no access to the Internet.
Order was done on your website, confirmation number is from an email we got from you, so you get the review and based on similar issues other buyers had it's a common issue and now you are washing your hands off saying it's nothing to do with you? I wish there was a zero star.

Wrong size...
I had a message saying that the order was ready for collection, when I arrived I waited for half an hour for them to cut the steel to size, it clearly wasn't ready. When the order arrived the thickness was wrong, I ordered 50 x 50 x 2 and got 50 x 50 x 6. When I pointed this out I was told that this was all they had.
