I placed an order with Buyaccs, but I never received the accounts I paid for. I tried contacting their support by email, but it didn’t work and I couldn’t get any response or help.
Based on my experience, I feel let down and would appreciate clearer communication and reliable delivery from the company.

приобрёл Telegram-аккаунт за 500 рублей на этом сайте. впоследствии меня неоднократно (3 раза) выбрасывало из аккаунта. каждый раз когда я просил заменить мне аккаунт мне не отвечали по несколько часов и давали ложные надежды на оплучение аккаунта но по итогу полного права на владение аккаунтом я так и не получил( а именно esim). На мою жалбу тп отвечает односложно и тоже с задержкой. складывается ощущение что тп работаю напару с продавцами.

Avoid this scam of a site like the plague.

I paid for a batch of accounts that were supposed to be from 2021. What I received were accounts clearly from 2024 – totally different from what I ordered. I even sent them video proof showing every account, timestamped. They ignored the facts and came back with canned copy-paste replies like bots.

When I followed up, they pulled the classic “access is no longer possible” excuse and claimed they couldn’t help me because some accounts were already in use by someone else. No solution, no refund, no actual customer service. Just denial and deflection.

This isn’t a one-off. Just read their Trustpilot reviews. Same pattern: lie about what they sell, blame the customer, then ghost them or shut down the ticket.

This company is a textbook scam operation hiding behind a Russian domain. They sell access to accounts they don’t own or control. You’ll be lucky if any of what you buy even works – and when it doesn’t, they’ll gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault.

DO NOT USE TRUEACCS OR BUYACCS.
They are thieves. They steal from customers. Zero accountability. Zero support. Zero ethics.

There is no way to contact them. There contact domain does not exist (buyaccs.me ) stay away from them , I lost my money and i didnt received my order.

I was a buyer before I became a hired supplier, they're 100% legit... I've been working with them for almost 7 yrs now... They are reliable, just learn how to open a ticket to resolve issues

They sell dead Google Voice accs. I bought google voice account and it was already dead (disabled 2 weeks before my purchase). I asked for a replacement, and the new voice account was live for exactly 4 days, after which it was also disabled. I didn’t even have time to use calls or SMS, the account simply died, like the first one.

SCAM I LOST MY INVOICE ID AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY ACCOUNTS

They are Scammers. I made payment for 2015 instagram accounts but what i got is a combination of banned accounts/ December 2023 account. Don’t buy from them, they are SCAMMERS

If I had a chance to drop no review, I won't even give one star.

I kept complaining, they were not even responding.

Взяли деньги, отправили не рабочие аккаунты. От переговоров отказались.

Невалид попадает крайне редко и его меняют в течении суток. Плохие отзывы пишут либо конкуренты, либо те, кто покупает копеечные почты и вероятно в самом деле там такое качество

The new accounts don't work, you need to buy the ones from 3-5 years old.

seems to work after a while but had a few of them fail. The support seems to be good but you need to be patient, and a lot of times they don't reply!

Читаю отзывы ниже и хочу сказать что они были оставлены конкурентами. Я давно сотрудничаю с этим магазином. Покупаю средние по цене аккаунты google, фб и инстаграм и всегда все хорошо. Очень редко бывает невалид, который поддержка тут же меняет. Хочу особенную благодарность выразить за аккаунты Google.com 2019 USA, Google.com Handmade UK, Instagram.com PVA USA SMS, Instagram.com Filled US, Instagram.com Filled RU
Сразу видно что сделано на совесть, практически вечные аккаунты. Спасибо

Короче, решил я значит купить YouTube канал 2018 года, ну оплатил значит, всё было нормально. Потом мне прислали данные от аккаунта, я их ввёл, и вошёл в него, это все прошло без проблем, но когда я зашёл на канал, вместо 2018 года регистрации там был 2020. Да, я был очень доволен, и понял что был дико опрокинут. Потом обратился в поддержку, там сказали что поняли меня, и в ближайшие сутки заменят мне товар на тот, какой я хотел. Но сегодня мне приходит замена, снова захожу на аккаунт > канал, и опять 2020 год регистрации. (Мало того что в описании товара было написано что на канале будет загружен аватар, ну и естественно 2018 год, ничего из этого там не оказалось.) Значит я снова обратился в поддержку, типа вы опять мне подсунули АБСОЛЮТНО не то, что я хотел. В итоге они так и не ответили. Так ещё и пустил свои 360р на ветер. Очень советую этот замечательный магазин, вы не только не получите то что хотели, но ещё и деньги ваши смоются неизвестно куда!
