Joined with buy alerts a year ago , I was rather new to trading and was not that comfortable, so wanted to try a service that would offer support with learning the methods and also had trade recommendations. After joining and going through the bootcamp sections I got better with understanding how things work . Spoke to the analyst coaches and that was the push I needed - they were helpful and patient . Getting in touch with someone to get appointments was as simple as a phone call . I’m still learning but have had success with many of the trades I have tried . Appreciate the help from everyone .

I have found BuyAlerts a great fit for me. The alerts have been good and with the help of the coaches I have been able to make gains . Excellent platform, huge profits, fast and reliable customer service

How can anyone think that investing in the stock market wouldn't come with risks of losing money? The previous review (Mike) with accusations of being threatened and so forth just sounds like an angry man that lost his money and is looking for someone to blame rather than acknowledging he took a risk and failed.
Buyalerts provides alerts as suggestions and at no given time is there a promised guarantee. That crystal ball doesn't exist and everyone that does trading knows this.
Ive been a client and if one thing stands out is the kindness, professionalism and respect that is always given to me. From my end as to my friends that are members, Ive heard great feedback both in the trades as all as to the customer care level. Im sorry this gentleman had a bad experience but that does not condone that its the companies responsibility to cover his losses. Its like asking a casino to give you back your money if you loose. This is a big kids game…. Dont play if you are not smart enough to understand the risks.

Today, I received text messages from a Gale Alger at Buy Alerts who threatened to destroy my wife's daycare business, which she's had for 30 years and was named Washington County's 2022 daycare provider of the year. Then, when I called Buy Alerts to get these text messages stopped, Gale Alger called me and threatened both me and my wife over the phone. He told me he knew my wife's phone number, her daycare license number, and our address. Here are the texts:

Gale Algers: "mike hello hope all is well !!Mike, why are you still writing reviews to hurt our company???Gale Alger. how would you feel if we wrote a review about the day care you run at your house imagine that. Mike your wife would be furious thats no good what your asking for even worse . you are wrong please take down that review.

I tried calling you 2 times.Not to start a back and forth"

Me: "Who are you?"

Gale Algers: "BuyAlerts"

Me: "Yeah, you screwed me over pretty good. Pay me back what I lost, with a little extra, and I'll take down the review. I gave that chance to do that before. Your Buy Alerts declined."

Gale Algers: "Mike nobody is going to pay you what's wrong man how can you continue with the same thing

Then when I called the Buy Alerts number to have a manager call me, instead, Gale Algers called me, said he is a manager, and doesn't live in Florida as is stated on the company's website, but live in California. My wife got on the call and is a witness.

Very threatening. Please don't do business with this company. All I did was follow their recommendations and I lost money. Now they are threatening me and my wife's business.

I have been a member for maybe a month but haven’t had the time to devote to it the way I want but when ever I reach out the call back right away and take time out to answer all of my questions!!! I’m very pleased with the subscription thus far!!!
