I called prior to ensure that they would review photos to make sure they weren’t distorted. The rep on the phone told me they would all be reviewed and edited if needed. Then after you guy emailed the proof to me there was nothing attached. I had to reach out to customer support to get a pdf proof to view. From my computer everything looked good. Once I received the boxes the images were distorted...

There was an issue with the resolution of one of my text areas and they alerted me and when I couldn't fix it myself, they duplicated the text exactly how I wanted in higher resolution. The final product is great. Thank you!

There we some issues with my account they had to contact IT to get it fixed and then there were issues with my payment - they had to contact IT again to get the matter fixed. Connor in customer service was great getting these issues addressed and then put a rush on the printing because of the delays I encountered. We are very happy with the boxes and quality of printing.
