I ordered a costume in July it's September never got it. They gave me a refund but only gave part of the money back. Do not buy anything from this place.

Had a rush order request for a White Power Ranger Costume for a Halloween costume 3 weeks before the holiday. After communicating about ability to deliver in time for Halloween, order was placed and the costume arrived with days to spare. It is a very nice costume and we are very satisfied.

If I could give them a 0 I would ! Do NOT order from this company !!!!!! I spent >$80 on a child Spider-Man costume for Christmas . My nephew unwrapped it and immediately put it on and loved it , but 4 hours later, came and showed me that the foot and one of the gloves had holes in them . The next day I sent an email to company asking them how they were going to resolve the issue of this defective costume . A woman named Diane got back with me saying they would give me $10 and that I would have to find a local tailor . I told the company that this was unacceptable . She would not do an exchange and then just stopped emailing me back . I have since emailed an additional number of times with no response . Please do NOT purchase anything from this company . They do not accept any responsibility from their defective products / costumes. You may as well flush your money down the toilet .

I ordered a suit 2 months in advance from the date I needed it by. I spent $200 for a suit that is customized to my body, and according to their website it takes 1-2 weeks to make the suit, and 3-15 days for it to be delivered to my house.

I waited 3 weeks and never got a tracking number, so I emailed them asking for an update on my suit. Never got a reply. After 3 days I emailed them again and they never replied to that one either.

I put a fraud charge through my credit card after waiting over a month and still haven't heard anything and I thankfully got my money back (always pay with a credit card because they will fight for you in scams).

3 months later, I get a package in the mail and it’s the suit…. I no longer need the suit, but I still tried it on and oh my gosh, this suit is the worst! When I measured my body I added a few extra inches so that I have room to move around. The pant length of the suit didn’t even touch my ankles which causes the knee pads that are attached to the suit to sit above my knee. Same with the sleeve length. The torso is extremely short and I can’t stand up straight without hearing it tear. The stomach area is extremely baggy and the material is see through.

For $200 this suit is not it. I would not buy from here. If you look at the “good” reviews they all have similar names and they all review the same places (I’m assuming they are bots). They haven’t been active on instagram since 2020 and I can’t find any post that isn’t sponsored. This is a scam. They will take your money and send you a poorly made suit.

I had a slightly negative experience with Cosplay Shopper, so my friend recommended this site. So far, I'm very impressed by the variety.

Any pictures you see in their " review " section on their site showing people wearing a badass spiderman outfit IS 100% A LIE.
Not sure where they got those pictures from but it sure as crap isn't the quality they deliver.
First off, this company is somewhere in China so it took over 4 months for me to get my order. When I finally got the spiderman outfit the suit was a joke, it almost looked like an onesie for kids and the mask was stitched poorly with SEE-THROUGH PLASTIC EYES. You can get a spiderman mask from amazon that's WAY better quality and it's only 16 dollars.
I had to fight for MONTHS to finally get in contact with these crooks and had to get PAYPAL to FORCE them to give me a refund. Not until I had to pay over 70 dollars to return their crap suit.
Refunds are possible. Just sick Paypal on them, harass them constantly and you will eventually get your money back.

They delivered the costumes I ordered before Halloween, and I'm very happy with its quality. It should be noted that I knew all the cosplay costumes takes a long time to produce almost no matter which site I bought from. If you also need to order cosplay costumes, I personally recommend that you better understand the production time they need and make your plan. Also try not to think about your needs a few days before Halloween. This is often not possible.

Horrible company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Bought a Spiderman jumpsuit from them. It took 3 weeks to receive item, the day before Halloween. And the outfit wasn't even wearable, the eyes on the mask didn't even line up and the material were not jumpsuit material. I had to buy a completely new costume for Halloween. They won't refund my money unless I send the item back and they won't cover for shipping. You have to pay for shipping again. That's another 36.00 you are losing to this company because they failed at quality work! They also don't want to refund the original shipping either. Shipping cost just as much as outfit. Their customer service is the worst. Here's an email of what they sent me: Different people have different opinions on this costume. We have sold many costumes and understand that our customer will not satisfy with our costume sometimes. To be honest, we shouldn't give you a full refund since this shipping fee is taken by DHL not us. Currently, the best we can do is that give you a full refund (shipping fee included) when we receive your return package. 

I have never dealt with a company that won't cover refund shipping when it was their fault. When I disputed through Paypal they were only willing to refund $25, the costume was 49.99 plus 36.00 shipping. Paypal won't refund me because their policy doesn't recover "quailty". I have appeal and if Paypal reject my appeal, I'm going through my bank.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Scam company. Beware! I ordered a costume 25 days before Halloween. According to site when I ordered, costume would ship in 7-12 business days. I received no confirmation of order and no communication from them until 2 days before Halloween indicating the costume was being shipped from CHINA. Needless to say, it did not arrive in time for Halloween and was useless to me. Their real address is not in New Jersey as indicated on their website. They have horrible customer service. Refund policy is a scam. Do not order from this company. Beware.

I ordered a $200 costume from buycco.com and have to now open an investigation through my bank due to suspicion of fraudulent activity. I never received anything from them, nor one reply. The phone number on their website is fake. The email address they provide does no go anywhere - no response. A complete scam, avoid at all costs.
