Hi John,

We thank you for your order, and whilst i appecaite you didn't find something of value i am glad you had fun with it. As the listing states we have no control of the value of what you will recieve. We also have wrote that it will be unbranded goods. I just wanted to reach out and explain our part on that.

We have lots of different stocks that you can purchase and lots of returning customers for the same lots amongst others.

Hi Sam,

Than you for your detailed review. I appreciate your purchase. We have many regular and returning customers who buy for many reasons, non which are dictated by us.

As the listing very clearly states the packages can be opened, ripped, even loose because before they come to us, they go through many processes. We do not promised only sealed parcels.

As mentioned we are very clear on what to expect on the listing page, we understand that not all people read it thoroughly, but from our part we list every detail and possibility.

Hi Robert,

Thank you for your purchase. As you know we have had quite a few back and forth emails with you and it was determined that you had made a mistake with what you purchased.

Whilast your intention and belief was that you were purchasing a different variation from our drop down menu, you by your mistake purchased the clothes, which is exactly what you recieved. So there is no scam, you got what was described and purchased.

We did not ask you to read the "small print", we advised for you simply read the listing, same font, same size, in the middle of the lisitng, some even in red writing.

In any case, we agreed to take the parcel back. We said we would send you a returns label, deducted from you. However upon checking we couldn't do this on our account. So we advised for you to send the parcel back and we will refund you.

Since that time, you have opened dispute with your bank that was delcined, left 2 reviews, but not sent the parcel back. I can also see you seem tio have ahistory of leaving negative reviews.

I apprecaite you made a mistake, but please do not call us a scam as we posted out what we advertised, as we advertised, you seemed to have pressed the wrong button when ordering.

p.s.we noticed you updated your review to include more abuse against us. In case anyone would like to see messages and emails of exchange we alsdo have the emails where we HAVE NOT said read the small print, we also HAVE advised to send it back and we will refund. Whilst Robert hates liars, he seems to be one himself. (really do not want resort to communication like this, but his accusations and lies make it hard)

Also see the detail we describe what you are purchasing. He purchased the clothes package, and thats what he received. He was expecting boxed items, but he didn't purchase that. We get it, a mistake made, so we offered him to send it back, can we do more than that if we don't receive the parcel back??

Hi,

Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate you didn't receive any valuable items in your package.

As our listing dictates, we do not promise a RRP, or what you will recieve or what its value is.

The value of items is also different depending on how people will sell them, we sell to people who do not sell the goods onand buy for the entertainment value. Many customers will sell on facebook lives achieving a higher value for the items, others on ebay (where they pay commision - so not so much. We do not give advice on how best to sell the items, as you will apprecaite that is not what we are here to do.

We also sell many times over to content creators who do it for lives, and give the items away afterwards. So as you can see we are clear with that we are selling, and describe this thoroughly on the listing. It is for you to decide if you want it. We have not once wrote on the listing you will make money, or that the value will be this or that. We simply do not know what you will recieve.

so the value to items is different depending on the person opening.
to add further, to actually see the value - you would compare the same thing on amazon, and it would be selling more than what you have suggessted above. So as you can see it is hard to determine the value as people do not place the same valuse on the items.

We would agree with you and suggest those that want to make consistent money, to do the research into specific products and order them directly from manufacturers and create a long term business that way, it is always better to this. You know what you are buying its exact value and its resale value - always better to do this.

However to call us a scam, is unfair,as we sent you exactly what you purchased.10KG in a box, of item qty's of 23-30pcs. That is what you recieved.

I am sorry the items did not have anyhting you could use. We simply do not know what will be inside as per the advertised listing.
