Buy Ink Cartridges Reviews 

Do not order from this company. They have taken my money for an order of 10 ink cartridges and the product has never arrived. After emailing them several times I have never received a reply. This company is a total scam. Wish I had read the other reviews on here before I placed my order. Unfortunately I had to give the review one star to continue, I wouldn’t give any stars for this shocking service.

Ordered on Thursday evening (late), received an immediate confirmation e-mail & a follow up on Friday afternoon with a postal Tracking Number.
The order was delivered today (Monday) & all appears genuine despite being nervous after I placed the order having read the reviews.
The only variance from the order is I ordered a multi-pack but received individual cartridges however all appear sealed, all are in date & all appear genuine however not yet fitted to confirm via the printer.

I was sent the wrong product and they showed little inclination to correct their mistake. After many emails where they asked me to photograph the product I'd received (several times) they finally sent me a return label to print out and said they would send the correct order once they'd received the incorrect one back. A week later I emailed to ask if they had received it and they asked me for the tracking number (which was on the label they had sent me!). Anyway, they stopped communicating at that point and I never got the correct order. I raised a claim with Paypal and they closed the case in my favour and organised the refund.
It's a shame as in the past I've received the correct order. I presume they don't mind losing a customer and getting one extra bad review but I won't use them again. Not good practice to have poor customer support and not treat their customers right (especially when it was their mistake)

Bought a number of cartridges, great price, easy to contact, brilliant service. Will use again

I was looking for a colour cartridge for my HP Deskjet 3632 printer. Amazon wanted to charge me £19.50 or so for the privilege (just under their free postage threshold.)

I found buyinkcartridges.co.uk via Google Shopping, and found that they were much cheaper. I placed my order and paid via PayPal, then didn't hear anything. I expected to receive a dispatch email, but didn't.

A couple of days later, the cartridge arrived. My only qualm is that the cartridge alignment page didn't print automatically, leading me to believe it may be an older cartridge, but it was wrapped and sealed in the box.

Good price, slightly shaky service in summary. However, I would buy again.

I had read the reviews about this company and about inkraider.co.uk (who they also operate as).

The inks I needed they had in stock at a good price when no one else had the stock so after reading the reviews I was sceptical that they would arrive (the order was over £100 and I paid on credit card so I was confident I could recover my money if I had any problems) but I ordered them on 28 April and they arrived 1 May.

Would order from them again.

My recent purchase of ink cartridges for my Epson printer was a very positive experience.
The website clearly directed me to the official Epson Cartridges & OEM replacements supplied by several third parties.
The prices were extremely competitive, especially including free postage.
I ordered the required amount & paid using Paypal, receiving an email confirming details from both Paypal & Buy Ink Cartridges.
The well packaged items arrived within two working days.
The whole process was very straight forward.

The lady who answered the phone made sure I got the ink cartridges next day by posting them 1st class after I screwed up on the delivery options. Thanks, now I can complete my project.

When I ordered, the website said my basket had Timed Out, so I started again. Then I received emails with details of two identical orders. Turns out the first Timed Out order actually went through. Cancelled one order, received one order and was charged twice. No response to emails asking for refund of second order. Phoned and spoke to someone who claimed that my refund was on the way. After a month, that sounded doubtful. Will now have to contact credit card I paid with to request a chargeback as a last resort. Disorganised company which I will avoid from now on.

Second order I've placed within a couple of weeks. Excellent service; prompt delivery and exactly as ordered. My only criticism is no email confirmation of the order; otherwise no problems at all and very good value.

My order for Canon ink cartridges went smoothly and satisfactorily; ordered one weekend and arrived the following Saturday; completely OK given the postal service is experiencing issues due to Covid.
I used, and would recommend, PayPal - so I received a PayPal receipt. But there was no email communication from the company until I 'requested' one (two email requests; second received an acknowledgement). An automatic 'Thank you for your order' email would have been appreciated. Strange way to run a business!

My two sets of inks (that's 16 cartages) for my Epsom R1900 wide format Printer arrived just three days after order in first class packaging by well known courier.
The Inks are in there full Epsom packaging and not tampered with in any way, been printing many photos now and they are 100% in colour.
I have no complaints about this supplier as some of the other comments on this site.

Although I have often bought ink from this company there is always a niggle. I always buy what is supposed to be genuine canon branded ink. A couple of months ago the order never arrived and after lots of pestering I was sent an ink cartridge but it was not in any packaging. My order (received today) for a two-pack of canon ink arrived and it was a two pack that had already been opened and had one cartridge in it, accompanied by a single (unopened) cartridge. It all seems a bit dodgy to me.

I ordered ink cartridges from The Value Shop (buyinkcartridges.co.uk) on 28 September. After one week, I contacted them three times to enquire why my order had taken over one week to deliver when it only specified a few days. it has now taken one week, two days and still no delivery. Upon contacting the business again, to exclaim the tracking number they have given me from Royal Mail was invalid, I politely requested the business look into this again and check the tracking number as the number they presented didn't appear valid. I am still waiting and very disappointed with the entire episode. I will not be ordering from this supplier again.

Only after placing an order with Buy Ink Cartridges for three Canon inkjet cartridges did I read these reviews and start to worry.
The following morning, a Friday, I had received no confirmatory e-mail so called the company on the number on their website. A very pleasant man answered the phone, pointed out that the email may have gone into my spam folder, which indeed it had, and said that the order would be posted that day, 2nd class. He said the parcel should arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
It arrived on the Wednesday. The cartridges were all exactly as advertised and the one I have used to date works perfectly. The price I paid was lower than other internet retailers.

Ordered Wednesday evening. Received brief email confirming order. Slight fretting after reading these reviews. Delivered Saturday morning on a 48Hr RoyalMail, all looking genuine with an 04 2023 expiry date. And this was an Epson Claria Photo HD multi-pack. I'm very happy !

Dishonest. Ordered a pack of 3 genuine cartridges which had not arrived after 3 weeks. Request for order status ignored. Refund requested which magically prompted a phone call offering a "damaged" pack. "Damaged" turned out to mean having the part of the pack with the expiry date cut off, and you guessed it, when installed the printer warned that the cartridges were expired.

Ordered without reading the reviews and became sceptical so tried to cancel order. Item was shipped and they said if I want a refund, just return the item. Product arrived brand new and worked perfectly. Cant fault them so would recommend to others!

Correct cartridges arrived, Royal Mail tracked, after 3 days. Slow response to my request for delivery date, and a slightly alarming, interrupted, 'Corporate Express' ansaphone message, but finally all well, probably not helped by CoVid. Friendly people - stick with them.

I recently placed an order on this website and was alarmed by the fact that I did not receive an order confirmation email. I was even more concerned when I read the reviews here on Trustpilot.
I received my genuine Canon cartridges today, within the promised three days, and the confirmation email went to my spam folder for some reason.
Thought I should share it here to counter balance the bad rep they getting.
