Superb service
I ordered the wrong sized tailored product. They were not obliged to swap the jeans but they did - absolutely first rate customer service. Also they are happy to deal with customers over the phone which is a truly refreshing and positive thing these days. Will use again and highly recommend.

I have ordered jeans from this company, and I’m very happy with the quality and customer service,
I ordered a second pair but unfortunately they were awaiting stock, I was kept informed about this and refunded my full purchase price within 24 hours, I can recommend there jeans and custom service will certainly purchase from them again👍

Excellent Service
I ordered a little late for Christmas (and a January birthday) but Buy-Jeans were fantastic, pulled out all the stops and got my order to me on time. Brilliant company and would recommend them without hesitation. I have ordered previously and have been allowed to wait for returns for an early January birthday, never had any issues with any returns or any jeans - seem very genuine lovely people

Returns is shocking
Returns is shocking, they want you to pay the return shipping and threats of not getting full refund. Somebody has not changed the site when the laws changed for selling at a distance.
How do you know if you like it or it fits until it arrives, it was companies like this that the law was changed.
