The flash drive is fine the price good but delivery is soo slow i could have walked to the warehouse quicker

The only thing that went right, was I eventually got the item!

Initially delayed delivery due to a supply issue (not a big issue). But then things got worse.

Item delivered to wrong address, when I told them I had not received it, they confiurmed it had been delivered to the wrong address, and when I clarified this they went on to send me proof that the item had been delivered to thee wrong address.

They then ignored me for a while, until i said I needed an item sending out or a refund, else I would be looking to do a chargeback or small claims court.

They then went onto to state they were going to communicate with their logistics department (not reeally my issue), they then asked me to collect the item from the wrong address (not possible), then asked me for a contact number for the wrong address (even if i had it - I would not give someone elses personal info out!). And eventually they said they would send me a new item as a gesture of goodwill - nevermind their obligatiuon to supply wjat they had already been paid for.

Good value product delivered quickly.

A first rate service, bought a 64gb memory stick and couldn't get it to transfer files over 4gb, sent an email and got a reply within an hour explainijg how to fix. Really nice to deal with a good company. Received my order within two days of purchase.

The monitor I ordered got successfully delivered eventually, which is great, but a couple of days later than originally planned (Monday the week after instead of Monday-Thursday), and support email address has not been very responsive, took many hours or days and sometimes extra pings to get a response. Also, it would have been convenient to have a tracking link in the original email.

Good delivery of usb memory card/stick has the correct capacity

Should it really take over a week to have a small data cable delivered? Or to receive a tracking link? No idea when or if this item will arrive.

Ordered ram on 15th December, still not arrived on 28th December, v , poor communication, poor shipping service, wouldn't use them again, not happy at all.

Failed delivery in December the first two cards lost in the post. Asim persisted and resent the order which has now arrived thanks.

Still haven't received purchase from 10.11.25 took awhile to respond to email saying technical issue with my purchase of Sd card ? Has says it been despatched but still not received 😕

Item arrived on time and as described.

These guys sure don't like to refund money. I'm not sure they ever had the items I bought in stock, offered something less valuable and not suitable, then took 7 or 8 days minimum to refund.
So 12 worrying days in which I'd started researching making a court claim, what used to be called 'small claims court'.
Avoid.
