My order never arrived. It took weeks and weeks of back and forth emailing (and posting a negative review) to finally get a full refund.

Follow up: Haha, I am just seeing their (untrue) reply to my review years later whilst posting a positive review with another company... Incredible! The item was 100% never delivered to me (the order was meant to be delivered via UPS anyway 803325220909548777) and they indeed refused to issue a refund until after I emailed 12 times and warned them I would post a bad review if they did not issue a refund).
