I received my book in excellent condition! Communication isn’t the greatest. Could be better at communicating order received and tracking number when shipped. Be aware that shipping is slow. It took 2 weeks to receive my book. The company stated shipping would take longer.

Horribly slow shipping
Horribly slow shipping. Do not buy from this company it takes forever for delivery. I have currently been waiting for 3 weeks and am still waiting. My class wibe over before my book gets here.
Book was ordered on 06/13 with 12 day shipping. Book is scheduled to arrive 06/30. That is 6 days late. What a load of garbage your was to me. I will be buying another book and yours back for a full refund.
5-6 Days overdue! Your response says 1-2 days. I ordered the book and gladly paid more for it to avoid any further nonsense from your dishonest company. I wish to pursue immediate return and refund.

I want to respectfully clarify that your order placed on June 13 came with a 12-business-day shipping timeline. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays, so the estimated delivery date falls around July 1, meaning your order is still within the promised delivery window.
I understand you were expecting quicker delivery, but USPS and most courier services do not count weekends as business days. We shipped your order promptly in line with what was advertised at checkout.

Affordable and Quality Books
There are lots of scammers out there, but I found this website (Buystudentbooks) to be genuine. I ordered two books from them, and although the delivery was one day late, the quality of the books is awesome. They are also very affordable. I'm really thankful to James, who supported me and explained the reason for the delay. I love this website! Thanks to them, I successfully cleared my test. I'll definitely order again and recommend it to all my friends.

False shipping expectation
I ordered a textbook two weeks ago and was told that I would get it within 7-10 business days. I heard nothing about shipping after 10 business days, 2 weeks, so I emailed to say I hadn’t gotten anything. They responded and said it was shipped and I would get the information in the next day or two. I got the shipping information and found out it wasn’t even actually shipped UNTIL I emailed. Most likely not going to use again because now I don’t have the book in time for my class.
