Fantastic Customer Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would recommend this company for all your E-cigarette needs, I have been using them for over a year and they have never let me down. Recently, turns out I was ordering the wrong tanks for my electronic cigarette. I reached out notifying them that the item might be faulty - they educated me and said I had been buying the wrong type and sent me a pack of tanks that were compatible free of charge.
Really positive customer experience.

Selling fake PNP CRYSTAL salts, buyers be aware these guys are selling a copy. Not the real thing.
Let me clarify there is no rebranding of the brand. I am the brand owner of PNP Crystal we are not rebranding at all. YOU are making a copy version and selling it off as Pnp crystal. I know our liquid is amazing but don’t ruin our brand in selling fake stuff.

We would like to clarify that these are not fake products.
As clearly stated in the product description, product titles, and across the collection pages, PNP Crystal lines have been rebranded to JNP Bar Salts. Both products are manufactured using the same formulas, by the same manufacturer, and deliver the same flavour profiles.
In addition, it is also explained that some lines may be substituted where the manufacturer does not have stock of the PNP range due to packaging or production delays. As both brands use the same flavours, it is common for one brand to have availability while the other does not, and substitutions are made accordingly to avoid delays.
This information is clearly displayed in multiple places to ensure full transparency before purchase.
We source directly from the manufacturer, so there is no question regarding authenticity.
Had you taken the time to review the listing properly or contact our support team, this could have been clarified immediately. Instead, this appears to be a misunderstanding despite the information being clearly provided.
We take product authenticity very seriously and always aim to be as clear as possible for our customers.

You have not provided any evidence to support the claim that these products are fake.
As the "brand owner", you will also be aware that you do not manufacture the PNP nic salts directly. Additionally, the scale of the brand is not such that it would realistically attract counterfeit production.
We source our products directly from the manufacturer, and all items supplied are genuine. Any differences you may have noticed are already clearly explained within our listings.
We stand by the authenticity of our products and are happy to clarify any genuine concerns. You are correct the liquid is amazing, hence, why many returning customers decide to repurchase the PNP lines with us and not yourself.

I had finally found a company which…
I had finally found a company which stocked my hard to find favourite Elf Bar flavour. So excited to receive my order of 10 Elf’s but extremely disappointed as so far 3 fresh out of the box have gone straight in the recycling bin due to tasting burnt and harsh as if the coils are dud. I’ve been using Elf Bars since they first hit the market and have never experienced a burnt, harsh coil even when down to the last puff, so it’s not what one would expect with brand new fully filled devices. Unfortunately no returns or refunds on disposables so I won’t be using this company again.
